Parking is atrocious and the 1 car lift broke down. Yes it has a car lift and takes 10 mins to park. When the 1 lift broke down I have to spend $30 on parking offsite. Only air con in lounge and none in bedroom hopeless in summer in qld. Cockroaches everywhere.

Great location but the apartment is needing some attention. The TV has no signal, the tap is detached from the sink, the fans are very squeaky (but you need them on as the aircon is only in the living room).

The apartment is good. Air conditioning in the living area only. Fans in the bedrooms. If you have a car, access to parking is via a car lift. The procedure requires backing into the lift. If you have a large vehicle it’s not easy in the confined space. Similarly parking, once you get to the basement. This should be in the property description. For a person with a disability or a single person with small children it would be extremely difficult. Also only one car lift was working. It’s a slow process getting in and out.

Close to the hospital. Spacious rooms. Good proximity to the airport. Staff are great! Helpful and friendly. Only downside is you really need a car to drive to supermarkets and takeaway food shops.

The location was perfect due to the event we were attending at the Showgrounds being so close. The biggest negative was that it is a 2 bedroom apartment and only the main living area is air conditioned and the one air conditioner is facing away from the bedroom entrances.it was mid 30’s and high humidity so we got very little comfortable sleep due to the heat in the bedrooms, the ceiling fans did little more than circulate hot air.
