Step into a centrally located apartment designed for comfort and convenience The open-plan living and sleeping area features a king bed two bedside tables and lamps a rug artificial plants and carpeted floors A stylish three-seater couch sits opposite the TV cabinet although note the carpet hump may obstruct TV cabinet access

The dining table seats two and the compact kitchen includes an electric stovetop oven coffee machine kettle toaster microwave and dishwasher All basic cooking utensils are provided including a chopping board colander graters mixing bowls saucepans frypans and a kitchen knife set

The private bathroom features a shower vanity and toilet with a hairdryer toilet brush and small bin included In-unit laundry facilities consist of a stacked washer and dryer with an ironing board and vacuum
