No cleaning and poor wifi
Just spent three nights at Oakwood and my room was not cleaned on any occasion despite me asking nicely on the last full day. The internet was intermittent and was so bad I had to hotspot off my phone for 2x1 hour meetings. Room was fine, and location great but it wasn’t a good experience.

Disappointing stay
Upon arrival room was 45° unbearable, so we had to turn air on in room and go for a drive for 2hrs to give the room time to cool down. This maid our stay rushed instead of relaxing, defore our dinner commitments. Breakfast was something that i would not recommend due to lack of food & cutlery. My wife had to share my knife to butter her toast. To top it all of the air-conditioning had broken down. All Staff where very helfull & did what they could, the rest was out of their controll.
