Consisting of two high spec ajoining apartments, this listing is perfect for large groups looking to spend time together while exploring Bristol.

Located in Redland, just a short walk from the popular Whiteladies Road, you will find plenty of places to eat and drink while taking in the local area.

The apartments are across the whole ground floor of the property, apartments 1 and 2 share an entrance which will only be used by you and your guests which make them perfect for a group booking. You will also have a private outdoor patio area to the rear of the property.

Apartment 1:
Apartment 1 has a large kitchen living area which boasts a beautiful island with granite worktops an 8 seater dining table and 2 large comfortable sofas set around a 50 inch TV and access to a private garden via two sets of French doors.

The master suite has a super king size 4 poster bed and access to the private garden via 2 sets of French doors. It has gorgeous hand painted built in wardrobes, a vintage dressing table as well as a comfy arm chair. The large en-suite has a huge mirrored wall giving the illusion of even more space than their already is. It has a massive walk in shower and a beautiful freestanding bath as well as wall hung vanity unit and pan.

Bedroom 2 has a king size bed and access to the private garden via French doors. The room also has a vintage dressing table and wardrobe.

Opposite bedroom 2 is the main shower room which has a massive walk-in shower area with waterfall shower and a striking pink marble seat. It also has a wall hung basin and pan.

Linking the 2 sections of the flat we have the quirky study area complete with hand-made book shelves and board games. The large comfy sofa in here folds out to become a double bed.

Last but definitely not lease we have the double bunk room. This room is the deal breaker for children big and small as these handmade bunk beds have 2 small double beds stacked on top of each other and painted in with the rest of the room to give it that cosy cool cabin feel. The top bunk is accessed via a built in staircase making it safe and fun.

Apartment 2:
This 2-bedroom high spec apartment sleeps 4 guests comfortably in its king size beds.

A gorgeous kitchen and 2 luxury bathrooms complete with waterfall showers are just some of the apartments features to make your stay perfect.

All of the high-end furniture has been selected with your comfort in mind and you have exclusive access to a beautiful courtyard garden as well as 2 off street car parking spaces, one of these spaces has an EV charge point.
