Our accommodation is ideal for a romantic getaway or a business trip. It is well exposed, allowing you to enjoy a beautiful terrace.
As soon as you enter, you will be charmed by the themed decor.
The accommodation consists of:
- A LIVING ROOM: Enjoy a queen-size bed (160x200cm) with quality bedding and a dressing area on one side and a small kitchenette (hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc.) on the other. Ideal for enjoying your meals in front of the television. The living area is air-conditioned.
- A BATHROOM: Relax under a spacious walk-in shower. Towels and a hairdryer are provided.
- A PRIVATE GARDEN: Enjoy your morning coffee or evenings with friends on the beautiful terrace with no neighbours opposite and a view of the pool.
## Access
Access to the accommodation is simple and flexible. You will have the entire flat to yourself so you can feel at home.
INDEPENDENT CHECK-IN: You can check in independently from 3 p.m. using a key box. The code will appear in your digital welcome booklet 2 hours before your arrival.
PARKING: The accommodation does not have a parking space, but you can park very easily on the avenue or in the 15 Août car park, a 10-minute walk from the accommodation.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT: You are ideally located to explore the city. There are bus stops in front of the accommodation. The train station is a 15-minute walk away. What's more, you are only a 10-minute walk from the city centre.

AVAILABILITY: Although arrival is self-guided, we are available 7 days a week via messaging on the booking platform or by telephone until 11 p.m. in case of emergency.
LOCAL GUIDE: Before your arrival, you will receive your personalised digital booklet. It is full of our local recommendations: the best restaurants, the most charming cafés, the must-see sights and Brive's well-kept secrets for living like a local. You will also receive offers from our partners.
SERVICES ON REQUEST: Please do not hesitate to contact us with any special requests (cot, high chair, taxi booking, etc.). We will do our best to accommodate you.

The local market in the Guierle car park on Saturday mornings, where you can discover regional products, less than a 20-minute walk away.

Saint Martin Collegiate Church: 10 minutes on foot.

Guierles Park: 25 minutes on foot.
FOR FOODIES: The neighbourhood is full of restaurants, bars and cafés. Don't miss La Halle Gaillarde to sample the local speciality over brunch from Tuesday to Sunday.

## Notes
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please take note of some important information:
HOUSE RULES: The accommodation is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed. Parties and events are not permitted. Respect for the neighbourhood is essential between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check-in from 3 p.m. / Check-out before 10 a.m. Flexibility is possible depending on availability, so please do not hesitate to ask us. For any check-out between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m., a supplement of £10 per hour will be charged.
CLEANING: Cleaning fees include thorough cleaning of the accommodation and the provision of bed linen and towels.
DEPOSIT: A deposit will be required if you book through certain platforms. It will not be debited from your account but will be pre-authorised.
