## Access
Access to the apartment is simple and flexible. Youâll have the entire apartment to yourself so you can feel right at home. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator.
SELF-CHECK-IN: You can check in independently starting at 3 PM using a key box. The code will appear in your digital welcome booklet at the time of your arrival.
PARKING: The apartment does not have a parking space, but you can easily park on the avenue or at the Guierle parking lot, a 3-minute walk from the apartment.
PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION: Youâre ideally located to explore the city. There are bus stops right outside the building. Plus, youâre just a 5-minute walk from downtown.

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please take note of the following important information: HOUSE RULES: The property is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed. Parties and events are not permitted. Respect for the neighborhood is essential between 10 PM and 8 AM. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check-in from 3 PM / Check-out by 10 AM. Flexibility is possible depending on our availability; please feel free to request it. For any check-out between 11 AM and 1 PM, a supplement of âŹ10 per hour will be charged. CLEANING: Cleaning fees include a full cleaning of the accommodation as well as the provision of bed linens and household linens. DEPOSIT: A deposit will be required if you book through certain platforms. It will not be charged to your account but will be held in reserve. DIGITAL WELCOME GUIDE: A digital welcome guide will be sent to you as soon as your reservation is confirmed. To access the guide, you will need to enter your contact information, agree to the house rules, and upload a copy of your ID.
