1st floor apartment right in the heart of Brixham`s inner harbour with a dedicated parking space included.
Situated right on the harbourside in Brixham are the beautiful Kings Quay sister apartments. Apartment 1 is the lower of the two and sleeps four people. It has a warm and cosy homely feel, while its exposed brick wall â framing an excellent view of the inner harbour; any closer and you`d be getting wet! â oozes character. The two apartments offer an opportunity for larger groups to enjoy closeness and convenience without sacrificing privacy.
Various windows provide light throughout and plentiful opportunities to enjoy this prime viewpoint from the rooms or the open plan kitchen and lounge diner. Seaside decoration including photography from notable local independent photographer Chris Slack features prominently. The kitchen has classical dark wood countertops and essential amenities including a dishwasher and washer/dryer.
The apartment`s bathroom is fully tiled with a shower, sink, and W/C.
With a harbourside view to take in without even leaving the king-size bed, the master bedroom is perfect for much-needed rest and recreation. The zip-and-link room offers flexibility, able to be configured as a king-size room or a twin. This makes Kings Quay 1 an ideal choice for either two couples or a family as children could share a room overlooking the strand area and enjoy Brixham`s fabulous replica of the famous Golden Hind.
This property gives the very best access to Brixham and its many wonderful eateries and shops, whether you require breakfast, lunch, or just a cheeky ice cream.

The flat was perfect - clean and wonderful views of the harbour .
Couple of little niggles - no bedside lights so had to get out of bed to turn main light off . Shower.- needs a non slip mat as it is incredibly slippery. Parking - the allocated parking is a long way from the flat and for oldies like us this was an issue - however we discovered the Harbour Long Stay car park which was a lovely stroll from the flat past bars restaurant and the fish market - we paid via ringo for a 4 day ticket which covered all car parks in the area . Overall super stay x

Beautiful view central spot
Perfect location on harbour, but beware it's very noisy being in-between two pubs and drunken antics go on pretty late.
The flat has stunning views and is clean and comfy other than the bathroom which needs a good deep clean.
The mouldy shower seals, water marked screens sand very manky towel and toothbrush holders need attention. We avoided using both.
The shared stairway needs a good vacuum and clean. Shame, as the flat is lovely and these are easy fixes.
You can hear everything from the flat above which meant we were woken when they got up at 6.45am every day.
The location is perfect and the exposed wall in the lounge and harbour view is just idyllic and that made up for the other things.
Parking is a tiny space on the harbour with two tall metal posts either side. Really unnecessary to have the posts, the loop on one resulted in a scratch down my passenger side door
The good outweighs the bad here, and a few tweaks and some care could make this a solid 4 stars!
If you're a light sleeper, I would seriously think twice or bring your ear plugs.

Second stay.
Set up for adults rather than young families. Noise drifts up from the drinkers tables which are directly below the property on the harbourside (but only ever until the strict cut off at 11pm) and you do need the windows open all evening on hot days! (Although If youâre lucky, youâd be down there joining in!!) This very old building has sash windows, so again, not suitable for pre-teenagers.The apartment has everything you need, small but beautifully formed!! Spectacular view of the harbour, view is better than the TV as night falls! One or two minor issues cropped up during our stay but were dealt with (as usual) super efficiently by the management âteamâ (thank you Fiona!!) will be returning.
