Got there to only one person behind the desk and a long line. Got to the desk and my reservation was given to the wrong person with the same first name so she got my room and i was stuck with her smaller room. Hotel was not super dirty but not clean either. poor water pressure in the shower. Supervisor who assisted with correcting the reservation error was very helpful.

Overall the property itself was clean not too much interaction with staff other than check in. The flooring can use a bit of updating. Don’t really see many carpets in rooms anymore. Over years it becomes unsanitary. Our room was not ready when arrived at 4:40 when check in was at 3. We only waited 10 minutes so not a deal breaker for staying again. The biggest issue was the area around the hotel. We came back to hotel after a concert at 1:30 AM and cars were racing down the road, one coming head on to our car where they almost collided with our car and at the same time another car tried to make a I turn. The highlight was the ihop across the street for breakfast, updated ad very clean. The food was terrific. We stayed there for the price because the hotels closer to the venue were almost double and triple the price but after that if I had to stay in Massachusetts I would would definitely pay the extra money for safety reasons

Very clean and beds were comfortable. The only down fall was that some of the rooms were not ready at 4:00 when they were sold out due to many concerts in the area.
