Family Beach Stay with Ocean Glimpses 2 mins walk to beach

2 mins walk to beautiful Brooms Head Beach. Partial beach view across the road and a quick stroll to Lake Cakora.
Lucky guests may see whales breaching from the unit in the migratory season or go to the headland for panoramic views.
Relax in the unit or outside on the hammock, swim, snorkel, fish, surf, boat, walk, hike, cycle, kayak, SUP, play bowls, tennis, bring your furry friend, visit national parks and beautiful near by locations (own equipment)
Lake Cakora is close to the beach. Sandon River is a short drive for fishing, boating and kayaking.
Brooms Head has a lookout with scenic panoramic views and a great spot for whale watching. The town has a general store with an outdoor cafe which caters for most needs. A further stroll and you'll find the Snak Shack for coffee and great take-away food.
The beach has a protected bay area which is good for children. There are walking trails and space for riding bikes around.
Brooms Head bowling club is close to your accommodation for a meal, drink or entertainment. Tennis courts are available for hire through the Bowling Club. The charismatic town of Maclean is 20 mins for all your shopping needs.
Santus Brewery is approx. 20 mins and Yamba is 35 mins away.
Brooms Beach Stay is a small apartment with a comfortable living area, a well equipped kitchen and a small herb garden out the back. It has a new bathroom and new flooring throughout.
There is a main bedroom with a queen sized bed and an occasional/single sofa chair (able to be made up) for a smaller child to stay close to Mum and Dad and space for a porta cot. Notice is required if a loan cot is wanted.
The living area has a sofa lounge which can be converted to a double sofa bed for 2 adults or 2 children.
Another occasional/sofa chair/bed is made up ready for a child or small adult, located in a nook between bedroom and living areas.
The front outdoor area/carport doubles as a relaxing entertainment area for a drink, to watch and enjoy the ocean and maybe spot some whale activity.
We also have an enclosure which assists to keep children safe .
Beautiful Brooms Head Beach to the north is a long beach, great for walking and to the south is great for families with smaller children to swim in either the lagoon or Lake Cakora.
Free parking is available on the grassed area or the carport area.
We are strictly a non smiling and non vaping apartment.
The Grafton Jacaranda Festival is on in October, with its lovely show of Jacarandas and festival activiites.
We have a well stocked kitchen, full oven and stovetop for all your cooking needs. Unit has block-out bedroom curtains and blinds throughout for a good night's sleep and air-con to keep you cool and warm depending on the season.
