Rowan Tree House has two bedrooms, a king-size and a twin, along with a bathroom, a kitchen, a dining room with an open fire, and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Appliances include an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher. For entertainment there is a Smart TV with Now TV, TV, WiFi, Bluetooth speaker, and a selection of books and games. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are also available. Outside there is off-road parking for three cars and an enclosed, rear garden with a lawn. Two well-behaved pets are welcome. Fuel, power, a starter pack for the fires, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Sorry, this is a smoke-free property. You can find a shop, pub and beach within 0.4 miles or less. Rowan Tree House is the perfect choice for a coastal trip to the Scottish Highlands. Please note: Check in/out times can only occur on a Friday
The Neighborhood:
Brora is a village in the east of Sutherland in the Highlands of Scotland located between Dornoch and Wick. It has a small harbour and attractive sandy beaches and thanks to being completely unspoilt the area boasts an impressive selection of wild and bird life making it something of a mecca for animal enthusiasts who report regular sightings of dolphins, seals and whales. It also is a great base for exploring a number of well-known golf courses in the area including Brora Golf Course and a short drive away, the Royal Dornoch Golf Course. The town also boasts Clynelish Distillery so why not book a tour and enjoy a wee dram? While you are in Brora you can stock up on some shopping essentials, browse around the small selection of shops, enjoy a relaxing drink in the pub or sit down to a delicious meal in a restaurant. A short drive from Brora is the captivating Loch Brora which is the ideal spot to stop off for a picnic and you might even spot some deer while youâre there so keep an eye out and have your camera ready!
