Worst hotel experience ever.

This was a total catastrophe. We had made this booking several months in advance. It was our first destination on our 50th anniversary tour. First off, we arrived totally jet lagged hoping for a place to recuperate only to find it was closed until May 30. We received no notification from the hotel or Hotel.com. A local kid found someone to open a room, but it was very substandard for the price. Never again. And I am not happy with Hotel.com for letting this happen.

Le cadre est très agréable parfait pour passer des vacances loins de la ville tout en restant à 20 minutes des commerces en voiture. De plus les propriétaires sont très investi et réactif c’est très agréable.

Très agréable

L’accueil est très chaleureux, le personnel aux petits soins pour nous. Nous y avons séjourné une nuit en chambre spacieuse, propre qéquipé d’une cafetière, bouilloire, frigo avec bouteilles d’eau fraîche à notre arrivé. Il y a une petite table et chaises devant la chambre où nous avons bu le café le soir très agréable . Parking très pratique. il y a des chalets très bien équipé pour plusieurs personnes pour un séjour plus long . La piscine est les aménagements sont très agréable. Le petit déjeuner très copieux avec pains, viennoiserie, yaourts, jus d’orange, salade de fruits fraîches, fromage et charcuterie . L’endroit est très calme pour un repos total . Encore merci pour votre accueil nous reviendrons vous voir .

Rezeption unbesetzt, telefonisch nicht erreichbar, Personal wusste nicht von unserer Ankunft, war aber sehr (!) bemüht die Situation zu retten und hat innerhalb kürzester Zeit Bezug möglich gemacht so konnten wir nach 19 Uhr FeWo beziehen. Ausstattung FeWo mangelhaft, kaum Licht, Gerüche durch langen Leerstand, Wasserflecken an der Wand, Toilette sowie Bad und Küche, Sofa sind renovierungsbedürftig. Kein WiFi obwohl angegeben (konnten mit Nachbarn Lösung finden) insgesamt stimmt Buchung mit Realität nicht überein, sind enttäuscht. Haben vor 17 Jahren hier deutlich besser gewohnt. Bei der Vermarktung haben wir deutlich mehr erhofft. Nette Nachbarschaft wertet Start vor Ort auf. Expedia ebenfalls nicht erreichbar gewesen.

Tout est là pour avoir un bon service et un Bon confort de séjour mais malheureusement l'entretien des lieux est à la limite du correct. Dommage car l'emplacement est idéal et l'espace extérieur a vraiment du potentiel. Il manque juste un entretien quotidien pour un lieu vraiment agréable.

Tres moyen pour un petit sejour d'une nuit.

Il n'y a pas le droit d'avoir un petit chien, et la personne qui nous a reçu à 19h00 ne parlait pas français. pas de piscine et le petit déjeuné impossible car il ne fallait pas voir le chien. Très bien pour des vacances pour les anglophones mais pour les français? Ce n'est pas un hôtel. pas de wifi dans les chambres
