Private: property 1'050 m2 (fenced), garden with wildlife garden, swimming pool angular, heated (8 x 5 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Motor access to the house (100 m via unmade road). Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 1 km, supermarket 8 km, restaurant 2.5 km, bus stop 2.8 km, pebble beach 8 km, rocky beach 8 km. Walking paths from the house 500 m, cycle lane 550 m. Nearby attractions: Aquapark 2 km.
