Friendly staff, spacious room (if a bit dated and need of a paint in places!) Location is helpful as easy to walk into the centre but outside of the busy streets. The bar looked nice and welcoming, but we didn’t visit this time.

This hotel is first class. The staff friendly, the rooms a large and clean. This hotel is in walking distance from the train station and all the site in the old part of town. The hotel breakfast buffet was first class. All in all I would highly recommend this hotel and if we return to Brugge will be our hotel of choice.

Bar was closed on a Sunday evening. Had to ask 3 times for an extra pillow & blanket, ultimately taking 24 hours to resolve. Hotel itself was clean and had character. Smelt lovely as you entered reception. Breakfast on the higher priced side at €22 each but good quality.

A trip in the medieval era.

The hotel is at walking distance from train station. It is also at walking distance from the main gorgeous plaza in Bruges. The hotel offers a breakfast buffet included with your stay. It has a large variety of food items from vegan and vegetarian options to a delicious pastries and coffee. Bruges is a magnificent city with beautiful buildings, interesting history and wonderful cuisine.

The building looks a bit rough on the outside but don’t be fooled. The inside is nice, clean, and updated. The staff was helpful and the breakfast was fabulous. The price is amazingly low compared to other hotels in the area.
