Nice hotel and good location . Check in was a bit slow , the passports were not scanned and details were put onto the computer manually so it took a while .

We never had breakfast as we were self catering. The bar was comfortable but had run out of a few things.

Everything was wrong, horrible and dirty, old, decrepit. It was like being in a nightmare. Checked in and in 20 mins we where out and demanded a credit since it was prepaid. More details if needed.

The hotel has a good central location, but the bedrooms are tired. The bedside lights and shower were broken. The beds were rock hard and uncomfortable. The rooms were cramped. The reception and breakfast staff were helpful & friendly, but the hotel barman was rude to the point that we stopped going to the bar. All in all it was not good value for the money, and disappointing

Friendly staff, spacious room (if a bit dated and need of a paint in places!) Location is helpful as easy to walk into the centre but outside of the busy streets. The bar looked nice and welcoming, but we didn’t visit this time.

This hotel is first class. The staff friendly, the rooms a large and clean. This hotel is in walking distance from the train station and all the site in the old part of town. The hotel breakfast buffet was first class. All in all I would highly recommend this hotel and if we return to Brugge will be our hotel of choice.

Bar was closed on a Sunday evening. Had to ask 3 times for an extra pillow & blanket, ultimately taking 24 hours to resolve. Hotel itself was clean and had character. Smelt lovely as you entered reception. Breakfast on the higher priced side at €22 each but good quality.
