Das Haus hat eine tolle und ruhige Lage, der Garten ist so ausgelegt das er überwiegend im Schatten liegt was im Hochsommer seine Vorteile hat. Das Haus war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Kommunikation mit unserem Vermieter war super und wir haben schnell Hilfe bekommen als ein Problem aufgetreten ist. Der Schlafbereich im Dachgeschoß ist unserer Meinung nach eher was für Kinder oder kleinere Menschen da die Kopffreiheit eher gering ist.Was uns sehr gut gefallen hat war, dass wir unseren Hund im ganzen Park immer mit dabei haben konnten.

Ein wunderschönes kleines schnuckeluges Ferienhaus das absolut genug Platz hat. Richtig gemütlich eingerichtet. Und vor allem. Auch wenn es sehr warm draußen ist, findet man im Garten genügend Schattenplätze. Morgenda beim Kaffe kann man Hasen, und Rotkehlchen beobachten.Parkplatz ist ebenfalls direkt am Haus und auch auf der Schattenseite.War ein gelungener Urlaub.Danke!

Herrlich ruhig und total schön gelegen!

Wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war hervorragend, er hat uns alle notwendigen Informationen rechtzeitig bereitgestellt.Im Haus war alles in Ordnung und bei Ankunft war es sehr sauber. Durch die 2 Etagen hatten unsere 2 Teenager oben ein Reich für sich und unten haben wir Eltern und der Junior geschlafen. Hinweis für spätere Gäste: Die Kaffeemaschine ist jetzt eine Senseo und nicht mehr wie auf den Bildern eine Filter-Maschine. Passende Tabs gab es aber im nahen Supermarkt beim Ferienpark Aqua Delta. Wir kommen bestimmt noch mal wieder (dann gleich mit passendem Kaffee)

Einrichtung sehr in die Jahre gekommen

Wir haben die Unterkunft für 5 Erwachsene und drei Kinder gebucht. Die Betten bestanden in einem Schlafraum aus Feldbetten und die weich Couch im Aufenthaltsraum wurde als Bett gezählt. Im Obergeschoss befand sich das Bett gleich auf dem Boden und war seitlich unter die Dachschräge gestellt. Ich musste mich von unten in das Bett hereinrobben und habe mir Nachts einige Male den Kopf gestoßen. Die Einrichtung der Küche ist sehr spartanisch und ein scharfes Messer sucht man vergebens. Am Küchentisch befanden sich 4 Stühle. Die restlichen, zum Teil kaputten, mussten wir vom Obergeschoss über eine enge, steile Treppe nach unten holen. Da wir diese bei unserer Abreise am Tisch haben stehen lassen und auch die Wohnung nicht noch einmal gefegt haben, wurde uns neben der Reinigungsgebühr von 95 Euro ein erhöhter Reinigungsbedarf von 20 Euro in Rechnung gestellt. Den angeblichen Hinweis, dass die Wohnung besenrein zu verlassen sei, habe ich bis heute nicht gefunden. Die Schlüsselübergabe sollte über die Reinigungskraft stattfinden, da die Rezeption im Park ihre Öffnungszeiten stark eingeschränkt habe. Ich habe die Rezeption immer besetzt vorgefunden. Für das Hallenbad wären für einen Erwachsenen eine Gebühr von 6.50 Euro und für Kinder von 4.50 Euro angefallen. Das Nutzung des Hallenbades ist kostenlos, wenn nicht direkt beim Vermieter gebucht wird. Mein Fazit ist, ich würde das Haus auf keinen Fall noch einmal buchen und kann es auch nicht weiterempfehlen.

Schönen Aufenthalt

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in diesem Ferienhaus. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte über eine Schlüsselbox, was super einfach funktioniert hat. Da wir mit zwei befreundeten Pärchen gefahren sind, war die Schlüsselbox auch sehr hilfreich, als wir getrennte Aktivitäten unternommen haben. Es hat uns deswegen nicht gestört, dass es nur einen Schlüssel gab. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Wir haben das Haus in einem sauberen Zustand vorgefunden. Mit dem vorhandenen Staubsauer kann man während der Zeit das Haus auch selber sauber halten. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Man kann fußläufig das Grevelingenmeer erreichen und auch die Stadt ist gut erreichbar. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in dem Ferienhaus und empfehlen es gerne weiter.

Tolle Lage, aber….

positiv: schöne Lage, schon in in die Jahre gekommen (was an für sich nicht stört), sehr ruhig, gut ausgestattet mit allem was man so braucht. negativ: sehr feucht, in jedem Raum waren Luftentfeuchter aufgestellt, dadurch sehr unangenehmer, muffiger Geruch (besonders in den unteren Schlafräumen). Wer mit Hund reist, Gelände ist nicht komplett eingezäunt, der teilweise vorhandene Zaun ist so niedrig, stellt nicht wirklich ein Hindernis dar.

Nettes Ferienhaus mit allem was man braucht.

Wir konnten uns -trotz eher bescheidenem Wetter- in dem Haus richtig wohl fühlen und waren mit allem versorgt, was nötifg ist. Genügend Geschirr, eine funktionierende Küche und der Mölichkeit sop etwas Gutes zu zubereiten. Die Kinder haben draußeun und auf dem Spielboden geren in einer Regepause gespielt. Noch ein Hinweis: Das Haus steht nicht direkt im Park Aquadelta, sondern grenzt mit dem Bungalowpark an den unmittelbar an. Das hat zur Folge, dass man das angrenzende Schwimmbad leider nicht kostenlos nutzen kann. Der Supermarkt in Bruinisse is gut auch zu Fuß erreichbar, wenn man Lust hat dies mit einem etwas längerem Spaziergang zu verknüpfen. Zum Jachthafen und auch zu Schwimmmöglichkeiten am Gevelinger Meer ist es nicht weit, aber das konnten wir leider aufgrund des Wetter so nicht nutzen.

Schöner Kurzurlaub

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in dem kleinen Ferienhaus. Leider war das Wetter nicht ganz auf unserer Seite. Es war sehr kalt und verregnet. Um es im kleinen Häuschen wollig warm zu halten, haben wir kurzer Hand den Ofen angeworfen. Die Abwicklung mit dem Hauseigentümer war hervorragend. Wir hatten das Problem, dass wir die Reise um einen Tag vorziehen mussten. Herr Eichhorst hat das ohne Problem ermöglicht! Vielen Dank dafür! Das war wirklich super! Was uns negativ in Erinnerung bleibt, sind die nachträglichen Strom- u. Gaskosten. Diese werden nach tatsächlichen Verbrauch berechnet und sind nicht ganz günstig. Ganz in der Nähe ist der Summio Parc Aquadelta, 3 Minuten mit dem Auto, 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Dieser hat sich jedoch als Vollkatastrophe herausgestellt. Alles in sollen können wir können das Zonnehuisje sehr empfehlen.

Familie und Freunde Urlaub

Wir sind als zwei Familien eingereist, das Haus ist zwar in die Jahre gekommen hat aber sein Scharm. Wir waren mit zwei Teenager und einem 11 jährigen Kind dafür war uns das Häuschen etwas zu klein aber mit kleinen Kindern ist es perfekt. Die zwei Fahrräder im Haus haben den Teenagern die Möglichkeit gegeben sich frei zu bewegen und das war super. Im großen und ganzen war hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub.
