Our room was a suite on the 4th floor of a building with no elevator. Went looking for our room and we couldnt locate it after climbing to the 4th floor. Went back to the front desk and was told we had to enter through the 3rd floor. When we finally got to our room the AC was not working and were told it should be back on after

the Inn is a classic old resort ...good service and interesting suroundings. Lots to do....with an environmentally protected island to explore. only drawback was only one expensive breakfast option.

Great stay.

Nice and relaxing. Really enjoyed our stay. Our only complaint is that the occupants of the room above us stomped around and jumped around continuously, especially early in the mornings. Also, could hear noise out in the hall. Next time we will request a room on the top floor. Otherwise, we had a great stay.

After a 35 year lapse returning to Jekyll island Club was a real treat. Only suggestions. Additional dining options for a more formal dining would be helpful. Housekeeping needs to be nudged. Apparently new arrivals get priority over extended stay but 3:00 in the afternoon is a bit late for cleaning. A brief explanation of amenities and procedures at registration would be helpful. Staff is friendly, atmosphere is conducive to a thoroughly relaxing and enjoyable stay.

My checking was a little late. Prices on property for food and drink on property was a little on the higher side. However the ladies in the cafe every morning/early afternoon were PHENOMENAL Overall my experience with this resort and this island were great. Things were closed because it was right before tourist season but I enjoyed that
