The hotel is small but very local to many attractions. Staff were friendly and attentive. Our room was tucked in the basement floor, so it felt isolating and a bit depressing. Apparently, it was a newly renovated room. Nothing special, thankful that i was only there for a night. I would have been uncomfortable if it was longer

Great hotel, great location!

It was a great location, very clean and friendly staff. The bathtub and the sinks+faucets could be updated. The room had AC and it was working great. Great carpet, comfy bed, quiet room, excellent breakfast. The staff is multilingual and professional.

The best part of our “surprise” and “unexpected” weekend in Brussels is spending them with the staff of Hotel Alma Grand Place. Specifically Ewa (Eva) and Alejandra and also Virginia. The booking was done last minute because we thought we were not going to board the flight. We had to cancel our last minute booking with another hotel. It was also last minute that we found out that we were getting seats in the flight. In a span of 10 minutes we had to cancel and rebook. But the hotel we booked earlier was already booked out solid. Hotel Alma was our fate and it was heaven!!!!! We were able to check in early and we got the newly renowned room in level -1. I have nothing negative to say about the room because everything was to our standards for a room you booked for the weekend of walking around the grand central plaza! We were out before 10am, back at 3pm, wash up and rest till 7-8 pm and go out again till the wee hours in the morning. All you need is a spacious room with an air conditioned room, a comfortable bed, and a bathroom. Hotel Alma Grand Place has ALL these and a staff that will clearly look after you. And the second best part of staying at the Hotel Alma Grand Place aside from the its proximity to ALL the must see places, is the price. The only way to experience these is to book to Hotel Alma Grand Place in Brussels!!!!
