Great value hotel in fantastic location

Stayed for 4 nights. Hotel is in a great location - 5 minutes walk from the train station and a minutes walk to Grand Place. All the staff there were very friendly and helpful. Room was a good size, well appointed and v clean. Good choice of food for breakfast. Would definitely stay again, great value for money considering the location.

Magnifique.

The property was in the perfect location walkable to any of the must see locations. The room was clean and fresh and suitable for our long weekend away. The staff were super friendly and gave us great advice on things to see, where to eat and drink. The only negative was the breakfast. There was a variety but the quality at least of the hot food wasn’t good. Would I stay here again, yes I would it is a perfect location with great staff!

Trust me and stay here!

My trip was unexpectedly extended due to a transportation strike in Belgium. The hotel i had been staying at (organized by an agency) was not to my liking, so i checked out what Hotels.com had to offer. I am so happy that i found Hotel Alma because it was perfect: prime location, great staff, clean and updated rooms and breakfast is available, too.

Hotel Alma Grand Place is an excellent value in a great location…just a two minute walk, if that, from La Grand Place. The rooms are nice sized and clean. And at least on the fifth floor there isn’t a lot of street noise or noise from other rooms. The staff is great, particularly Pablo at the front desk. He is super friendly and welcoming to not only the hotel but Brussels in general. He is also great with restaurant and shopping recommendations and speaks English, French, Dutch and Spanish! The breakfast which was a one dollar up charge when booking on Expedia was as good as I’ve had at a European hotel. It’s also conveniently located to the Brussels-Central station. The critiques I could say is I wish there were plugs by the bed and the grout in the shower needs a scrub in a couple of spots. But if that's the worst thing you can say it's a sign that it's a good hotel and again especially for the price. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay near La Grand Place in Brussels.

Very convenient location with only minutes of walk to the Grand Place and city center. The hotel was kind of a little difficult to find initially, since there was no obvious sign, but this might just because I have been used to larger signage in US. The staff was super friendly, the breakfast was great. Overall a great stay.
