Excellent hotel and location to Brussels Midi
The location is excellent. The room was perfect for our needs and very comfortable. The breakfast manager (From Portugal) was most attentive and very helpful. The only downside was that the hotel could not provide English TV channels.

My only negative is that I exchanged messages with the hotel as I was traveling with my daughter and her baby and she needed our assistance. We asked for adjoining rooms months in advance, reminding them in the weeks and days before our arrival. At checkin they told us there’s no way we could get adjoining rooms, in fact, they put us on separate floors. This severely impacted us for the 5 nights we stayed there. For this reason, we will not stay here again.

Very convenient location. Great staff. Room adequate for my needs. WiFi good. But would not want to stay for more than 1 night at a time. Only negative is the temperature regulation is inadequate for a room with a southern exposure.

This location is right across from the Gare du Midi doors. It made getting to the Eurostar train very easy. Needs to have a guide to the Brussels tram, bus and Metro lines for guests.

Great hotel for Brussels Zuid station access
If you are looking for somewhere to stay that is convenient to Brussels Zuid train station - this is a great spot. The staff are friendly. The building is clean and because of an exterior door to the complex it feels safe too.
