Excellent location, close to the Central Train Station, and close to Grand Place. The only drawbacks were that the shower's water temperature was not hot enough. Also the in-room coffee was 'instant coffee', which is not real coffee.

Rooms were nice but all had adjoining doors to next room so were noisy. Staff seemed impatient and a bit harassed. It was an expensive hotel so I expected a bit more.

Pretty decent location just around the corner from the square and food options. Bit dated and don’t expect everything to work, bathroom door couldn’t close, mold above the door in the bathroom, and tub wouldn’t stay full making it difficult to bathe my daughter under 1.

Wonderful centrally located hotel

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel- it’s a great location so centrally placed for access to lots in Brussels! Lovely hotel itself very friendly staff and clean rooms- enjoyed the rooftop bar too!

Good stay but overpriced

We arrived by car from Amsterdam. We went into the underground parking. -3 level. No elevator to come up. The room the was nice with nice view but the air conditioning turned out not working. So was hot and we had to open window. We went to the roof top bar. Is ok but was windy choice of drinks not great. Also setup of the roof top was kind of cheap.
