This beautifully furnished 3 bd 2 bath condo is a short five minute walk to el centro and 30 second walk to the beach. It is located in Los Picos area. The building is equipped with 24/7 security and access controls for safety in addition to a rooftop garden with amazing views and an infinity pool. The condo is furnished with all the gadgets and accessories for you stay including chef type kitchen amenities. The balcony is spacious and had beautiful lounge furniture including a half hammock.all bedrooms are equipped with smart tvs and heavenly beds. You have an infinity pool on the roof enjoying amazing views. You will enjoy your stay no doubt.

Place was very clean and close to restaurants and shops. Lots of construction with some early morning noise. Will stay here again in the future. Host was quick to respond when needed.

Condo in Bucerias

The condo was beautiful and very spacious. Had all the amenities, as well as a few items of the owner that he permitted us to use - beach chairs, cooler and backpack. The rooftop has a small infinity pool with a view between two buildings of the ocean and the mountains nearby. It also has some outdoor gym equipment - great for a quick workout, as well as a bbq and table. Would definitely go back.

Great condo, location & property owner!

We had a great stay at this condo @Avelar. Responsive property owner who was lovely to work with. The unit was very clean, rooftop pool was very nice, security folks were friendly. We hope to be back next year!
