KITCHEN:
Our well-appointed kitchen includes large refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, 2 coffee makers (Keurig and drip, but bring your own coffee), ice maker, toaster, blender and of course a disposal! If you prefer to grill, you will enjoy a Weber grill (propane). We stock all the basic equipment for basic meals, and provide salt, pepper, oil, and basic spice mixes, but please bring any specialty equipment or spices/sweeteners.

LIVING ROOM:
50’’ Roku Smart TV with gas fireplace mantle. Queen sleeper sofa, accent chairs, and loveseat. Living room opens to the kitchen bar area with 3 barstool seats.

DINING ROOM:
Dining Table for 8. Plus 3 bar seats in kitchen, and dining for 6 outside covered porch.

OFFICE:
Large work space desk, blazing fast wifi, and queen fold out couch for larger groups.

Guest Access:
While travel time is less than 2 minutes on The Rock Road, for a smoother arrival, we recommend entering The Rock Road across from the entrance of Black Rock State Park. This route not only shortens the travel time on the rough road but also ensures a more comfortable transition into the secluded charm that awaits you. The Rock Road forms a loop. Please be warned, and drive 10mph or slower through the uneven road, bumps, and dimly lit entrance road. Our staff is able to access the property just fine in a small sedan if you know how to drive on unpaved roads.

Private entrance under front porch (orange door). Full and private access to the entire home. Nothing is shared, except parking for the separate apartment unit next door. The apartment guest do not have access to any main house, amenities, backyard, porches, pool.

The Neighborhood:
Rural lake homes everywhere! Easy access to Black Rock Park across the street for lake/beach access. Llano boat ramp is 2 minutes away (free/public for Lake Buchanan), and within 20 minutes of LBJ, Marble Falls, and Inks Lake boat launches. The last 300 yards has a bumpy dirt road and a 10mph speed limit. If the speed limit is followed, sedans should not have an issue getting to the property. We provide best road to access instructions prior to check-in for easy access.

Room to spread out

It was great having 5 bedrooms, each with a king bed. The ample room on the decks and the open design with lots of natural light made for a comfortable and cheery atmosphere. We were able to spread out and enjoy our space and then come together and share great experiences.

We stayed just for the evening getting ready for a fishing trip with some customers. The house was perfect. It was greatly that everyone had their own room and our 1 female got to have her own bathroom. Next trip we will be booking again if available.

We will be returning

Very tidy and lovely home with everything you need. We have a large family and we never felt on top of each other. Views from the deck are amazing and the beds were fantastic. The master bedroom on the ground floor was easily accessible for my parents which was very accommodating in more ways then one.. Drive way was big enough to park a few cars and had room to turn around with our boat. We were across the street from the boat launch and beach. This was soo convenient as this is where we spent most the afternoon. A pool was being installed and we are already planning to return this Spring after it is complete. No complaints and look forward to coming back!

Perfect Family Getaway

Our family loved this lake house. It has everything you need gorgeous views of the lake, comfortable beds, and closed to a number of great spots to hike, boat, and explore. Chuck was an excellent host providing all the information we needed for a quick check-in. This 3 acre ranch was the perfect peaceful retreat for our family after the busy holiday season! We can’t wait to be back in the summer to enjoy the new pool that is being installed this month!

Amazing Property!

We were so thrilled with this property! The sunsets and sunrises were so colorful and easy to enjoy with the huge decks on the 2nd and 1st floors on both sides of the property. The beds were all memory foam kings! 5 kings! And we didn’t even rent out the additional apartment for a first floor additions 6 bedroom, although we will next time for larger groups or my grandparents who don’t like walking upstairs. Owner told us they are installing a pool soon, so we will definitely be back to experience that this summer!

Amazing place!

Huge house with option to add another master suite! Large view of the lake from several hang out spots, including a cool cabana in the backyard with view of lake. Super close to the lake access across the street and a good launching point to all the natural fun and wineries. Would definitely come back next time!
