Overall a pretty bad experience. The staff were decent and the lady on the front desk was very helpful with suggestions of where to eat and what to do while in Bucharest. The problem was the important bits, the room was extremely loud with traffic noise and very warm. The hotel has air conditioning but for no properly explained reason both cold and hot were set to hot so it wasn't possible to cool down the room and it was really warm. Bad nights sleep all round unfortunately. Additional frustrations, the room has massive windows which looks cool when booking, but they let a lot of light in and the curtains aren't quite big enough to cover them completely. Also, and a much smaller note, no mirrors at all in the bedroom, only the bathroom which is just a bit odd!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The whole place was spotless and very well kept, and the breakfast was absolutely lovely.The staff were amazing and even upgraded me to the junior suite for my birthday. Made my stay extra special.

Apart from one unnecessarily rude and dismissive male member of staff at the front desk the rest of the staff were absolutely lovely. Room was very comfortable too. The adjoining room had very loud screeching female guests - adjoining rooms are not sound proof! Apart from that, good food, pleasant rooms and decent stay.
