Excellent service from cleaning staff, breakfast staff, through to those working on reception. Food at breakfast is plentiful, with fresh coffee or hot drink just a tap on a machine away. Great location in the old town, close to all the key sights plus a multitude of restaurants, bars and shops. A special shout-out to the hotel's incredibly helpful staff, who lent me an adaptor when mine broke and also arranged for me to have a packed breakfast one morning when I was doing a day trip which necessitated a very early start.
