The Space:
Featuring 2 spacious bedrooms, a common dining room, a dressing room, a large open kitchen and a walk in shower, the Golden Nest has been designed to spoil you in every way. Every detail has been taken in consideration in creating the most amazing atmosphere. Here’s an overview of the home:

- Large dining table that easily accomodates 4 people.
- Fully equipped kitchen with all required pans & cooking ustensil, large fridge, microwave oven, electric stove, as well as a restaurant grade Lavazza coffee machine.
- Spacious kitchen windows that fill the home with light all times of day.
- Large AC unit covering the main dining area of the apartment as well as the primary bedroom with balcony.

- Comfortable Queen size bed with memory foam mattress.
- Large TV for your viewing pleasure including cable & Netflix access.
- Balcony access & the most incredible view over the House of Parliament
- Direct bathroom access

• Secondary Bedroom

- Comfortable Queen size bed with memory foam mattress.
- Small desk for getting work done.
- AC unit for this bedroom alone.
- Direct access to the large dressing room.

• Dressing Room

- Large dressing space with front mirrors, big enough to fit your family’s belongings for the entire stay.
- Large desk for getting work done.

- Large walk in shower for a comfortable experience.
- Blow dryer and a full range of toiletries offered.

Guest Access:
Guests are welcome to enjoy full access to the apartment during their stay, with the only exception of a small storage area marked “Staff Only”, used by our team. Depending on the circumstances (e.g. emergencies, parties or complaints from neighbours), there may be times where our team requires entry into the home, especially in cases where the guest is unreachable. Our team will do our best to communicate any such events in advance.

The Neighborhood:
Our home is located right in the utmost central location. Next to Izvor Park, you can walk to the Old Town, House of Parliament, and all other major attractions as well as over 100 restaurants & pubs within minutes.

Getting Around:
Although all major attractions are in walking distance, for further destinations, you have the metro & bus exactly across the street from the apt, at the Izvor station. Isn't that convenient?

Other Things to Note:
• Please note that for safety & security reasons, our home features both a video doorbell outside of the apartment as well as a noise monitoring system inside helping us prevent any potential disturbances to our neighbours.

• Access to the property is strictly limited to the guests included in the reservation. Unregistered guests are not allowed at any time. Unauthorised access or high-traffic activity (e.g. gatherings, commercial use) will be charged at full occupancy rate and may lead to immediate cancellation without refund.

• We reserve the right to carry out unannounced inspections of our home, if there is suspicion of inappropriate behaviour, illegal activities or possible damage to the space.

• Please note that since the building is just 2.5 stories high, it does not feature an elevator, therefore guests are expected to use the stairs until the apt.

• Access to the bathroom is made via the main bedroom, as depicted in the photos.

• If you are booking for commercial purposes (e.g. photoshoots), kindly notify us in advance with the details of your use of the property, as terms and pricing may vary.

• Guests are required to complete a Check In Form prior to their arrival which includes standard information (e.g. emergency contact number, etc.) as well as submitting a photo ID, as required by law, in accordance with art. 3, paragraph D of law nr. 237 from 2001 regarding guest access and registration in touristic structures.

• Please note that invoicing is not possible for this home.
