Leopolda in Selvarella is a beautiful stone house dating back to the 18th century, in Valdambra in Badia Agnano.
The large 5000sqm park includes an outdoor swimming pool (6x12) with guaranteed privacy, a ping pong area, and a beautiful veranda (with access from the kitchen) where you can have lunch and dinner in the open air. The property is fully fenced and Pet Friendly.
Badia Agnano is halfway between Siena and Arezzo and just a few kilometres from Castelnuovo Berardenga and Gaiole in Chianti, in the Chianti area of Siena, you can organise day trips to visit these two beautiful Tuscan towns.
The fenced-in swimming pool area is furnished with parasols and sun loungers. In the loggia near one of the entrances to the house is a bread oven. Brick barbecue.

Access is via a 100 m private gravel road in good condition.
Distances: Montevarchi 16 km, Arezzo 26 km, Gaiole in Chianti 35 km, Siena 49 km, Florence 65 km. Some suggestions for excursions: Arezzo is a jewel of medieval architecture and culture with its merchant palaces, patrician houses and sacred buildings. The city is also known for its goldsmith industry and the antiques market held once a month in Arezzo's historic center. Siena, on the other hand, has one of the most beautiful squares in the world, the shell of the Piazza del Campo, where the Palio, a medieval horse race, is held twice a year; also, the imposing Duomo, the ancient city hall, and a multitude of art treasures that can be admired in various museums.
The property is located in the countryside, which is why it is important to have a car.

First floor: 5 bedrooms (4 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom) and 5 en-suite bathrooms. Air conditioning with individual thermostat in all bedrooms (extra charge). On the ground floor there is a small outdoor loggia equipped with an oven and a built-in barbecue.
