Welcome to Annie's Rooms, a recently renovated and stylishly designed apartment that is both cool and sun-filled. Boasting three cozy bedrooms and three modern bathrooms, we have meticulously preserved the apartment's original exposed brick walls, old doors, and windows, while enhancing its charm with modern touches and luxurious amenities for your ultimate comfort.

Our apartment is a stunning sanctuary that features three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, offering unparalleled privacy and comfort. The open-plan living room and fully equipped kitchen create a spacious and inviting atmosphere, perfect for relaxing and socialising with loved ones. For added convenience, the apartment also boasts a dedicated laundry room complete with a washer. Despite being situated in the heart of the bustling entertainment district, our apartment is tucked away on a peaceful and tranquil street, providing the best of both worlds. The iconic Opera House, majestic Basilica, and charming Christmas markets are all just a short stroll away, offering a plethora of experiences to explore and enjoy.

We kindly request that our guests refrain from booking our apartment for stag, hen, bachelor parties, or groups of guys, as our residence is located in a peaceful residential building. Additionally, for arrivals after 10pm or on weekends, we do apply a nominal fee of EUR30, payable in cash upon arrival. However, we do offer the option of a hassle-free self-check-in process, free of charge. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Excellent sĂ©jour dans cet appartement trĂšs bien placĂ© et fidĂšle Ă  la description.Il est trĂšs grand, trĂšs agrĂ©able Ă  vivre, les chambres sont spacieuses et tout est bien dĂ©corĂ©. La cuisine est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e et rien n’a manquĂ© Ă  notre sĂ©jour. L’hĂŽte est trĂšs rĂ©actif et sympathique. Seul petit bĂ©mol : pour avoir assez chaud dans le salon il faut avoir trop chaud dans les chambres.

Appartement idĂ©al pour 3 couples avec ses trois salles de bains et tout son Ă©quipement complet et en parfait Ă©tat. Il est parfaitement situĂ© pour les visites Ă  pied ou pour prendre le mĂ©tro ou le tram. De plus l'accueil est trĂšs chaleureux et la propriĂ©taire nous a proposĂ© de rĂ©server elle mĂȘme le transport depuis l'aĂ©roport, ce qui est bien utile pour une arrivĂ©e dans une ville inconnue. Nous avons passĂ© une super semaine dans cette ville splendide et attachante. Si c'Ă©tait Ă  refaire nous reprendrions le mĂȘme appartement sans hĂ©sitation. Mario

This was by far our favorite stay of our entire 14 day trip. The property itself is absolutely lovely and so charming. The rooms were spacious and clean. It was ideal for our family of 6 (children ages 10, 12, 15, and 16) to have three full bathrooms and a washing machine. While we didn’t use the kitchen, it appeared well stocked. We were in an ideal area with fabulous restaurants nearby and close enough to all of the tourist attractions. Don’t hesitate to book your stay here!

Annie’s Place

The owner, Hajnal was the best. Very communicative and responded quickly to questions. Annie’s is very nice. Bedrooms are very large and all bathrooms appear new. One suggestion would be to have more towels available for visitors. One small towel and hand towel really doesn’t work.We enjoyed the neighborhood and were close to the metro and subway, shops and food.

Lovely Apartment in a Lovely City.

Every thing about our stay in Budapest was great including the apartment. My partner and I and his sister and friend loved the location, high ceilings and comfortable furnishings. It was well appointed and almost everywhere we went was within walking distance. The hostess was very helpful and welcoming and would definitely stay there again!

Christmas in Budapest

Hajnal's City Center apartment was a perfect home base for our family's Christmas holiday abroad. We were all very comfortable and easily able to navigate to the city's main attractions. Hajnal was a very responsive communication and quick to help us resolve very minor issues figuring out how to work the heating. I would absolutely recommend this property.

Wunderbare Wohnung in ausgezeichneter Lage

Die Wohnung war perfekt fĂŒr 3 Paare. Große Schlafzimmer, alle mit schönem Bad und Klimaanlage. KĂŒche und Wohnbereich waren gerĂ€umig, komfortabel und hatten alles, was man braucht. Die Wohnung befindet sich in idealer Lage, nur wenige Gehminuten zu den wichtigsten SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten von Budapest, Bars, Restaurants und einer U-Bahn-Station entfernt. Man kann auf öffentliche Verkehrsmittel nahezu verzichten. Der Airport Shuttle 100E ist in 3 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit Hajnal war perfekt. Wir waren 4 Tage dort und hatten eine tolle Zeit.

The location couldn’t be better! The VRBO is situated less than 15 minutes away from all major attractions, and it’s an ideal base for exploring the city. Whether you’re strolling along the Danube or visiting historic landmarks, everything is within easy reach. Safety was a top priority. The neighborhood felt secure, and the apartment itself featured a robust 4-bolt lock system, so we felt completely at ease leaving our valuables in the VRBO while we went on adventures.The space itself was architecturally breathtaking—impeccably designed and meticulously maintained. The soaring ceiling (25 ft!) added an air of elegance and spaciousness. The VRBO listing website photos simply don’t do the space justice, with the pictures paling in comparison to the reality. The three spacious bedroom/bathroom suites provided ample comfort and privacy for 6 people. The apartment also included excellent air-conditioning which was able to combat the Budapest summer heat and keep the space cool when we returned from touring the city. Lastly, the Wi-Fi was also top-notch. Now, with respect to the hosts, Hajnal and Viktor, they truly went above and beyond. Upon our arrival, they greeted us warmly and explained every detail about the space. Their generosity extended to allowing us a late check-out until 5PM! versus 10AM as well. And, the thoughtful provision of tea and exceptional coffee made mornings with our family delightful. Kudos to Hajnal and Viktor for creating an unforgettable experience!

Wonderful Apartment

I can't say enough good things about this apartment. It's in the perfect location, (city center) perfect size for 2-3 couples and the hosts were amazing. The hosts were so responsive with our questions which made the stay even better. This apartment is in walking distance to everything you need, grocery, metro, restaurants, bakeries, chimney cakes!!! You can't go wrong with this apartment when visiting Budapest.
