I stayed at the hotel for six days and had a wonderful experience. The staff were extremely friendly, the cleanliness was absolutely perfect, and the food in the dining room was excellent. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was warm and pleasant, and the location is truly outstanding. The receptionists were always courteous and helpful, and it was clear that the hotel genuinely cares about guest feedback and constantly strives to ensure complete satisfaction. I’ve never stayed in a hotel where customer satisfaction is given such high priority — please keep it up! I would be happy to stay with you again on my next visit.

Great stay at this hotel. Breakfast was brilliant even if it did get a little busy at times. Can't comment on the evening meals as we didn't eat here. We had a little trouble connecting our phones to the TV to stream video, although the hotel quickly provided us with a cable that resolved the issue. Would definitely recommend and would stay at this hotel again if we were to return. Thank you to all the staff.

Great stay, apart from a very annoying overheating AC in the rooms (I did raise to hotel staff who tried to address it quickly, but due to the season a cooler room temp setting was apparently not possible). Hotel is extremely well located and staff all very attentive. Decor was modern and comfortable.

This is a lovely hotel and very friendly and pleasant staff. It is perfect location to the centre and AirPort Express buses with run 24/7 every 6-10 minutes. Breakfast at the hotel is amazing everything you could think of help yourself. However if you decide to have half board the choice is very limited not buffet . I believe only 1 option for vegetarian main and only 2 very small desserts. I feel they are really letting themselves down here as there is so much choice for breakfast. So really wouldn’t bother eating your evening meal hear , there are plenty of restaurants close by.

The hotel located in a central location, making it easy to walk to attractions and restaurants. Our room was spacious, modern and clean but the beds weren't very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with so much choice and efficient service. A great way to start the day for touring beautiful Budapest!

Barcelo service was professional and efficient. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Rooms were all you need with clean, comfortable beds and hot showers. The bed was one.of the most comfortable I have slept in, to be honest. I wld stay here again, for sure. Very quiet rest.

An excellent hotel. Large,clean, well equipped rooms, exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast/dinners, a delightful, intimate rooftop bar, and a very convenient location all contributed to making this a very enjoyable stay for my wife and I. Highly recommend.
