Excellent hotel in the heart of Budapest across from the giant wheel. Walking distance to attractions, shopping and dining. Our room faced the wheel. Spacious accommodation with everything that could possibly be needed. Exceptional staff in every department. Would absolutely stay again and recommend!

This is a wonderful high-end hotel. It is centrally located in a very walk-able city. We were a very late check-in & bar was closing but they accommodated our bar visit for over an hour. The staff is outstanding. The concierge appears stiff but he is so excellent at his job. Our connecting river cruise had a mix-up and he worked with us until all was cleared up all the while calming our nerves. He is quite the gem. We did not have breakfast as we chose to enjoy the wonderful pastries offered in the city. The room was exceptionally comfortable, bed linens fabulous, very clean with large bathroom
