Best option for family with kids

One of the most cost-effective choices we have ever used. We could use the apartment's swimming pool as well. The only cons was the amenity. For example, we were informed that Nespresso capsule cannot be refilled even though it was written in the guidelines that we can ask if needed more. Room conditions, kitchen facilities, TV, and the size of the room are all excellent.

The apartment was clean and perfectly fine. However, the pool was not as advertised, not very clean and we felt very unwelcome using it. Certainly not family friendly. Staff were unfriendly and not very helpful.

Overall really good

Excellent property for what we needed, kitchen with washing machine, hob and bowls and plates for all. In a great location near the attractions, underground, tram and train stations. The only down side was the blinds in the living room didn’t seem to go down any further and for those sleeping in the front room this was a problem with early morning light and as the windows faced the court yard lights from other rooms could be seen easily. Knew there was only a king sized bed and a double (in the living room) before going so as the older children didn’t want to share one slept on the sofa. Knew this would be the case going in but having options for a king and single beds would make this more family friendly. Reported the TV was broken on our 2nd day, were told they’d replace it the next day still no sign of it 4 days later when we left.

Hard to find because about 6 businesses run from the same building reception. Thankfully my taxi driver knew where it was, I'd never have found it. The building sign says "City Home Lifestyle Complex". The apartment was fine. Everything worked. They were short on plates and cups. The shower isn't really a shower as the water is only about a meter from the floor. You need to take a bath, hand hold the shower head, or contort to get water anywhere near your head.
