Rediscover the timeless luxury of genuine Australian hospitality and witness the enduring spirit of the land on this family-run sheep station. Callubri Station, a working 28,500-acre Merino Sheep Station in the heart of country NSW, offers a unique and luxury outback experience. Steeped in over 148 years of family farming heritage, this destination is a unique blend of rugged outback authenticity and refined luxury. The Station offers unique accommodation, curated experiences, farm to table dining and a glimpse into life on the land.

Located just over 1-hour private flight from Sydney, or an easy 1.5hr drive west of Dubbo, Callubri Station provides guests with an authentic outback Australian experience. The station is operated by fourth generation farmer Mike Armstrong and his wife Angie. The property runs up to 12,500 Merino sheep and crops 5000 acres of cereals annually including wheat, canola, oats, lupins and barley.

The station’s true luxury lies in its seclusion and exclusivity. With a maximum of 14 guests, the property specializes in private group travel. Offering a high level of customer service, groups are hosted personally by the station owners and their dedicated staff. Angie, a chef and self-confessed foodie, creates mouthwatering dishes that convey a warm country hospitality and showcase the homestead’s homegrown, organic produce. Mike’s in-depth knowledge of and connection to the land, imparts an unparalleled authenticity. Together with their team, they offer guests a once in a lifetime Australian outback experience.

Accommodation
Callubri Station has a total of five king/twin rooms, and an additional two-bedroom family suite.

The Sky Suites offer four luxuriously appointed king ensuite rooms made from recycled shipping containers, cantilevered three-storey’s high.

Each suite features:
‱ Large windows with breathtaking private views.
‱ King or twin single beds with premium bedding.
‱ Ensuite with rain shower, toilet, vanity, towels, robes and amenities.
‱ Complimentary mini bar, microwave, kettle, tea and coffee facilities.
‱ Iron and board- laundry service available on request.
‱ Individually controlled air conditioning/heating.
‱ Outdoor decks with table, chairs, lounges and hanging chairs.
‱ Heated mineral pool with swim jet and sun lounges.

The River Suite provides accessible accommodation for up to two guests, twin share with a wheelchair ramp and accessible ensuite. This suite is located close to the Shearer’s Quarters Guest Lounge.

The Lorries is a two-bedroom family suite that accommodates up to four adult guests king/twin share (or a family of 5) with full bathroom, laundry, kitchen and lounge.

Our ‘Escape’ Self-Contained Packages
For those travelling through our region as a solo adventurer, couple, or for groups who want to
escape for a few days of relaxing by the pool, we have our Escape self-contained packages... a paired back version of the best of Callubri Station and the option to personalize your stay by adding on the extras you would like!

In addition to your luxurious accommodation our Escape Packages include:
- A breakfast basket to graze on in the luxury of your suite or in our guest lounge.
- A set seasonal two-course dinner served in our guest lounge each night.
- A bottle of premium local wine or a few local beers to enjoy with dinner each evening.
- Room snacks and mini bar non-alcoholic drinks.

In addition to the selection of beverages in your suite bar fridge we also have a cellar stocked with some of the best drops from our corner of the bush. Please just ask if you are after something special to purchase! As we are a fully licensed venue and endeavour to support our local producers in Dubbo, Mudgee and Orange we ask that you please respect our no BYO
policy.

Features / Amenities
The Shearer’s Quarters Guest Lounge, a former Officer’s Mess, was brought to the property after World War II. The space comfortably accommodates guests with chesterfield lounge areas, licensed bar, vintage pianola and gramophone, guest library with large selection of books and games, air conditioned/heated dining space including Espresso coffee, a range of teas, non-alcoholic drinks and snacks.

The space also features an outdoor covered deck with sunset views and a dance floor under the stars complete with a fire pit area. Telstra mobile reception and Wi-Fi is available.

STATION TOUR (Mornings)
$195 per person - min 2 up to 8 guests - subject to availability - 3hrs duration

Barista Coffee/Tea/Hot Chocolate, Morning Tea in the Paddock and Ploughman’s Lunch
Time to get your bearings across our 28,000-acre station! Before we head bush, wander up to the Shearer’s Quarters for a quick pre-tour briefing and cuppa. Jump aboard as we fire up the old Landcruiser and take to the dirt tracks to show you our beautiful corner of the world.
We head cross country through the livestock and cropping paddocks to visit the farm team at work and catch a glimpse at life on the land! Enjoy ‘smoko’ (morning tea) with the team before heading back to The Shearer’s Quarters sundeck for a grazing lunch.

HOMESTEAD OUTBUILDINGS & KITCHEN GARDEN TOUR (Afternoons)
$195 per person - min 2 up to 8 guests - subject to availability - 3hrs duration

Walking Tour of the Station Outbuildings, Kitchen Gardens, Paddock Tour, Canapes and
Sundowners at The Lookout. Join Angie on a leisurely wander through the historic outbuildings on the station's house block including The Woolshed, The Broody Hen (Wagon Room), Blacksmith's Shed, Log Cabin Store House and Kitchens Gardens used to produce your evening meal! Jump aboard the troop carrier as we head into the paddocks. Our tour culminates with canapes and bubbles at The Lookout - A fabulous spot to bask in the warm sunshine of golden hour and watch the sun go down as we farewell another perfect outback day.

If our property is booked exclusively for your group, we are also happy to tailor a bespoke itinerary to suit your interests. For group bookings we offer add on activities in Immersive Art, First Nations Cultural Workshops, Leather Workshops, Wellbeing, and Cooking Classes. Please enquire at the time of booking.

PIONEER’S PICNIC
$125 per person up to 10 guests

Wine and dine your loved one on a sumptuous spread of handmade goodies prepared with the love and care of a bygone era. A short wander will bring you to a secluded location for a private dining experience like no other. Nestle down in the vintage rugs and cushions, pop a vinyl on and settle in to feast on delicate finger sandwiches, freshly baked pastries, specialty tea and of course a bottle of the divine vintage Swift cuvee, made using time honored French traditions.


MOON BATHING
$125 per person - 2 guests per session

Fancy something a little special to treat your main squeeze or bestie? After a short meander along the river, in the distance you notice a secluded spot on the river bend with a quirky, vintage farm ute of a different kind! A closer peak reveals two side by side vintage clawfoot bathtubs perched on the tray alongside a rustic enamel sink filled with ice and the highly awarded Swift Vintage Cuvee. A selection of artisan spa products from our friends at Dindi Naturals are on offer for your soak and pure cotton waffle robes and slippers to keep you cosy. Adorning the hand-crafted grazing board is a spread of local gourmet goodies to graze on as the sun goes down. Oh and some soothing tunes playing in the background. Sound like heaven? We think so!
