Located in the heart of San Telmo, 2 blocks away from Defensa street, where you can find many bars, restaurants, art galeries and antique shops. 6 blocks from Puerto Madero, the Ecological Reserve and Plaza Dorrego. 5 blocks from Florida street and Plaza de Mayo, where begining all the subways.

The loft can be rented for 3 day, week or month.

The kitchen, integrated to the living room, is equipped with microwave , electrical hot plates, air extractor, refrigerator, coffee machine, pots and complete set of dishes for 4 people.

In the high level, the apartments have a bedroom with a queen size bed, and 2 closets. Relax area and in the other site you have 2 more single beds.
Its equipped with Cable TV, Wireless Internet, Air conditioning and Central heating.
This is the only Duplex with balcony to the st.
Its rooms are spacious and bright with overlooking the central patio of the house.

The building has very comfortable and pleasant common spaces. The patios of grounfloor have reposeras, chairs and tables where you can relax and meet other people staying in the building . All the apartments are comfortable and luminous with view to the central patio of the house. Maid service is included once a week with change of white clothes (sheets and towels).
Laundry service is optional.
