Great location in the city center, customer service, breakfast and 24 hours security. Additionally, lots of great dinning selections and public transportation in the neighborhood area. Enjoy stay with Broadway Hotel and definitely recommend it.

Es un edificio antiguo pero si lo mantienen limpio. Lo que no fue de mi agrado fue el trato del personal, me parecieron rudos, no serviciales o atentos hacia mi familia. Note, que los trabajadores ayudaban a los clientes con las maletas y a nosotros no nos dieron ese mismo trato.. No entendi esa desigualdad, lo cual me parecio muy ridiculo en estos tiempos.

Ten day stay in Buenos Aires centre

Clean and spacious room and very centrally located, two minutes from the Obelisk. The supermarket opposite the hotel is extremely useful.

The WiFi in the room was extremely slow and the air conditioning never worked. We called reception twice until they sent someone up to check it out and it still didn’t work, we gave up and opened the window but it blew warm air in from outside. We also called reception around 9pm to have ice sent up to the room but were told that the restaurant was closed so no way to have sent to our room. You definitely get what you paid for :(

Great location. In the theatre district, walking distance to all attractions on 9 de Julio. Easy to get a Cabify. Staff was VERY helpful. The room we had was a Junior Suite. Had a fridge, dishes, glasses, electric tea pot. The is a super market right across the street, made it very convenient to get snacks. You do need to provide your own shopping bag at the market, or they will charge you for one. Everything was super clean. Cleaning staff were very accommodating and friendly. The AC in our room wasn’t working but the outside temperatures didn’t warrant turning it on anyway. We slept with the windows open. I sleep better with noise, so the street noise didn’t bother us. They also had a gym, sauna and pool, but we didn’t have time to use them. Great stay 4 day stay!

I enjoyed an incredible stay. The room was quiet and clean. The bed and chairs were comfortable. The shower had good water pressure with hot water. The staff was professional and very helpful. The breakfast was amazing.

Bathroom needs a maintenance. Bathroom doorhandle was broken. Every time you flush the toilet, it overflows with water. The bathroom doesn't have a ventilator.

It was okay. But the temperature control in the room was terrible. We couldn’t get comfortable. We were there in April which was Autumn in South America. there are some hot days followed by cool ones. We’ve stayed here in the past but for the future… not sure we will come back. Might just pay a bit more or rent an airBNB to be in a place where we can control the temperature better.

The junior suite has a separate living area. The VIP wine gift was good quality. We can see our car parked in a pay lot across the street from our room (not the hotel’s parking; we didn’t know they had any). We are on 9th floor, so high enough to reduce street noise from the busy Corrientes below. The hotel is less than a block from the Obelisco & the area is full of dining options. This is our second time staying here & would come again if a downtown stay is needed.
