The Space:
Welcome to our beautiful recycled house in Palermo Hollywood. This property is divided into two units on different levels, each with its own kitchen and patio, making it ideal for families or groups of friends.

In total, the house can accommodate 14 guests comfortably. They have 5 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a toilet for your convenience. In addition, it has air conditioning and a built-in laundry room to make you feel at home.

The two beautiful terraces are the perfect place to relax and enjoy the Buenos Aires sun. The kitchens are fully equipped so you can cook delicious meals and feel right at home.

Our property has high speed internet so you can stay connected during your stay. There are 4 additional sofa beds for additional guests, if required.

Security is a priority for us, so we have installed a security camera at the entrance of the property. Please note that access is by stairs.

Guest Access:
We have a new application called 'HOSPY', where you can make your virtual Check In with your identification. You can also pay your Security Deposit through this channel (not necessary for AIRBNB guests). The deposit is returned between 10 and 14 days after your departure. In the application you will have direct contact with your personal host. Deposits range from $50 for studio and 1-bedroom apartments to $800 for apartments with 8 or more bedrooms.

Plus, you can use it to pay for early arrivals (hourly), late departures (hourly), extensions, excursions, and more. In our app you will find your Check In instructions and you will also have your access codes one hour before the usual check-in time.

The Neighborhood:
Palermo Hollywood is a neighborhood in the city of Buenos Aires, known for its vibrant nightlife, gastronomy, and design. The name "Hollywood" is due to the large number of television, radio and film production companies that are located in the area.
The neighborhood has a wide variety of restaurants, bars and cafes, many of them with entertainment-themed décor. It is ideal for walking and discovering design and fashion stores, art galleries and open-air markets where you can find local and artisan products. There are also several parks and squares nearby, such as Plaza Serrano.

Getting Around:
Palermo offers several transportation options for travelers to and from the Ezeiza and Jorge Newbery Airports, as well as several bus lines and subways close to the property.
For transportation to and from the Buenos Aires airports, guests can arrange a private transfer through MOT, take a taxi, or rent a car. Private transfers provide a hassle-free option, while taxis are readily available outside the airport. Renting a car is also an option, with several rental agencies located at the airport.
Overall, MOT can help guests with all transportation needs, ensuring a smooth and stress-free travel experience.

Other Things to Note:
Our guests can request an early check-in or a late check-out, paying an additional half day, with check-in at 10:00 or check-out at 16:00 (if there is availability). If you wish to check in before 10:00 AM, or stay beyond 4:00 PM, you will need to add a full day to your stay (if available). We can also store your luggage for a few hours in the event that you do not wish to pay an additional fee or there is no availability.
