The large balcony is perfect for enjoying the views and fresh air of the city. It also has air conditioning to ensure your comfort throughout the year and high-speed internet so you can stay connected and work without problems.



It is located in a privileged location, in a safe and quiet area, but a few minutes' walk from the most popular tourist attractions in the city, as well as a wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops.

Guest Access:

We use a tool called 'HOSPY' to verify guest identity. Guests must upload their ID or passport to receive check-in instructions. They can then choose to pay for Early Check-In or Late Check-Out for each extra hour they need, based on the average nightly rate. Additionally, they must upload a credit card (in the name of the guest who made the reservation; this does not apply to Airbnb reservations) as a guarantee in case of any damages. Check-in instructions are displayed on 'HOSPY' half an hour before the usual check-in time or the time they paid for.
