Do not believe the photos attached to this listing!! They must be from when the hotel was new, because my room (& the hotel in general) definitely did not look like the pictures that I looked at before booking. If they were accurate, I probably wouldn't have booked here. This is definitely not what I would class as a 4* hotel (as they claim on their website). While there is a kitchenette, there's a sign above it saying it's only to be used to reheat food, not cook. The refrigerator didn't work well at all. The hot water in the shower was barely what I would call warm. None of the reception staff I dealt with over numerous days spoke English (which I wouldn't care about normally, but it's one of the claims made on the listing page). The only good thing I can come up with is it was relatively inexpensive, the bed was comfortable and it was within walking distance of a number of areas/attractions. If all you need is a bed for the night, this is your place, but if you're looking for something a little more, look elsewhere.

The neighbourhood isn't the best. Internet didn't work on room and they didn't try to fix during weekend. Continental breakfast was very simple.

Comfortable and Good Wifi

It's my second time staying in this hotel...Wifi much better than before...Very good Service..Whatever requests we made were immediately taken care of...All the rooms are very spacious and fully carpeted with a kitchenette...Compared to other hotels you really get much more than what you pay for....On the negative side, Breakfast menu needs to be upgraded, carpets were clean but could be improved with some washing and scrubbing, Swimming pool only opens at 11:00 and closes too early at night due to it been part of the Gym and spa

Wouldn't recommend, a disappointment.

Payed less to stay in hostels and everything in them was better than here. I don't usually give bad reviews but for the price I think it needs one. All of the sheets/towels had stains, the shower was a dribble, the toilet was barely attached to the wall and there was no wifi in my room. Sorry but I wouldn't recommend, I was excited to stay here for the start of my trip as the recommendations appeared good but everything wasn't to standard.

Hotel location great but hotel is very run down

Hotel location is very easy to find and has a few shops around to get food and drink. Check-in was very quick. The room however was very poor and is run down. The ceiling had a lot of damp with breaks in. The room wasn't the cleanest and there were a lot of stain marks on the bed and a lot of dust and rubbish under the bed and sofa. The air-con didn't work very well but luckily it wasn't too hotel. We mainly booked the room as it is listed as being an apartment based however this is somewhat untrue. There were no cooking equipment or even tea / coffee sets. There is a small work area with sauna / steam / pool and jacuzzi but we were told that we had to pay to use these services. (even though the are listed on the hotel listing) Breakfast was ok but was very limited to what was there. But overall ok.

My stay was terrible, The AC unit leaked on the floor the entire time filled up the garbage can and made a huge puddle in the carpet The front window would not close all the way and the street Noise thus came in super loud. The hot water didn't work the first day The wifi never worked In our room. We complained multiple times and the staff seemed un bothered

Spend a few more dollars and head to Palermo

Unhelpful desk clerks; unresponsive to a broken window, cold water (shower), spotty wifi. The two queen beds are actually two twins. The luxury pillowtop mattresses are had and flat. The pillows are hard. Nothing to do or see in this section of town.

A good value for money stay

Stayed in Jan 2016 for two weeks leisure break. Positives very comfortable bed kitchenette with fridge, kettle, and microwave spacious room with good air conditioning (it was v.hot in January) daily housekeeping helpful reception staff came across very few mosquitoes Metro stop is about 5 - 6 mins walk away. couple of good restaurants nearby pharmacy and supermarket about 2 mins walk away. Spa facilities negatives not the best location in Buenos Aires, but seemed fairly safe breakfast is basic - cornflakes, toast, tea, coffee, bananas and apples. But as an aparthotel you can take your own stuff to eat at breakfast overall It was a good value for money stay. Would not rule it out for a return stay

I had a great stay. Not so close, not so far from the obleisque it was conveniently located for the price. I would like to make a special metion to the guys at reception who were always very helpful during the 8 days spent in Buenos Aires.

You get what you pay for...

The room size was quite good, but the room needed some upkeep, in terms of painting, patching of marks and dents on the walls, etc. The hotel did not have hot water for the first 36 hours of my stay, and there was never any sort of apology or concession that this was unacceptable. The TV remote did not work, and the TV was just standard definition, even though it was a flat screen. The breakfast was the same every morning, which is typical for this type of hotel. The hotel is in a transition neighborhood between good real estate and shadier parts of town. I did not visit the pool or the workout room. The staff person helped me arrange to get a good ride to the airport. In my four-night stay, I could never get a fresh towel, despite my attempts.

Very nice hotel

The hotel was clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The breakfast was good, they provided cereal, toast, fruit, yogurt, coffee and juice.
