The Space:
Welcome to our spectacular 80 m2 apartment located in the exclusive Live Hotel complex!

This beautiful apartment has 2 bedrooms to comfortably accommodate 4 people. The main bedroom has a Queen bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds that can be joined as a double for greater comfort. Additionally, we have just added two sofa beds in the living room, which have mattresses similar to those in the bedrooms so you can add two guests to your travel group!

Covered parking is included, located in Level -1, granting you comfortness in this busy and expensive area of the city.

Additionally, the unit has 2.5 bathrooms for added privacy. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, and the built-in laundry room is perfect for longer stays.

During the summer, guests can enjoy the complex's swimming pool, and the gym is available year-round for those who want to keep fit.

Security is a priority in the complex, with a security service available 24 hours a day to guarantee the tranquility of guests.

Guest Access:
We have a new application called 'HOSPY', where you can make your virtual Check In with your identification. You can also pay your Security Deposit through this channel (not necessary for AIRBNB guests). The deposit is returned between 10 and 14 days after your departure. In the application you will have direct contact with your personal host. Deposits range from $50 for studio and 1-bedroom apartments to $800 for apartments with 8 or more bedrooms.

Plus, you can use it to pay for early arrivals (hourly), late departures (hourly), extensions, excursions, and more. In our app you will find your Check In instructions and you will also have your access codes one hour before the usual check-in time.

The Neighborhood:
Palermo Hollywood is a neighborhood in the city of Buenos Aires, known for its vibrant nightlife, gastronomy, and design. The name "Hollywood" is due to the large number of television, radio and film production companies that are located in the area.
The neighborhood has a wide variety of restaurants, bars and cafes, many of them with entertainment-themed décor. It is ideal for walking and discovering design and fashion stores, art galleries and open-air markets where you can find local and artisan products. There are also several parks and squares nearby, such as Plaza Serrano.

Palermo is a neighborhood in full expansion, where there may be construction works near or adjacent to the apartment with hours regulated by the government of the autonomous city of Buenos Aires, which exceed our scope.

Getting Around:
Palermo offers several transportation options for travelers to and from the Ezeiza and Jorge Newbery Airports, as well as several bus lines and subways close to the property.
For transportation to and from the Buenos Aires airports, guests can arrange a private transfer through MOT, take a taxi, or rent a car. Private transfers provide a hassle-free option, while taxis are readily available outside the airport. Renting a car is also an option, with several rental agencies located at the airport.
Overall, MOT can help guests with all transportation needs, ensuring a smooth and stress-free travel experience.

Interaction with Guests:
Our guests can request an early check-in or a late check-out, paying an additional half day, with check-in at 10:00 or check-out at 16:00 (if there is availability). If you wish to check in before 10:00 AM, or stay beyond 4:00 PM, you will need to add a full day to your stay (if available). We can also store your luggage for a few hours in the event that you do not wish to pay an additional fee or there is no availability.
