We were visiting family that lived literally a minute away so we did not really make full use of the house, but it was spacious, well maintained, had remodeled bathrooms and kitchen, which was a big plus, and it was clean. We didn’t make use of the pool since we were there in November, but it was a nice feature for summer and looked clean. Jason was pleasant and a pleasure to do business with. We enjoyed or time and would look to book again the next time we are in town.

Pool was fun BUT, Perfect — here’s a balanced, VRBO-ready version that’s polite, clear, and honest without sounding harsh:--- (3/5)We stayed here for 7 days in southern Arizona during some very hot weather. The home itself was clean, well-maintained, and matched much of what was described in the listing. However, one major issue impacted our overall comfort — the thermostat was locked at 75F, and we had no way to adjust it.Because we cook frequently, the home would heat up quickly, and it became uncomfortably warm at times. We had to reach out to the host multiple times a day, every day just to request temperature changes. The listing mentioned “comfortable A/C and luxury,” so this was disappointing and not quite what we expected.With that said, if the thermostat access is resolved for future guests, this property has the potential to offer a truly enjoyable stay.

Jason’s house is beautiful we loved his place our kids had a blast.

Unfortunately Mother Nature don’t tell us when she’s going to hit us with a sandstorm knocking down electricity no light for more than 12 hrs. The house had everything except emergency lights or a generator for emergencies like this but overall the place is nice we only enjoyed one day due to sandstorm

Pool Fun!

I gave Jason an overall rating of a 3. The pool was very clean and well maintained. There were some missing amenities from his list on the VRBO site. If you rent his home you may want to pick up some toilet paper and paper towels before you go to the house. Patio table outside was not cleaned and patio door windows were very dirty, but the master bedroom was a highlight.

This was best stocked kitchen we’ve had in a vrbo. Great patio area with grill was where we spent most of our time and visited with our family . Not a big deal but the site did mention hairdryer in amenities, didn’t bring one and there was not one

BEWARE The property generally matched description The owner, Jason, had maintenance scheduled during the entire stay that he did not make us aware of. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. He made NO mention that we'd be woken up to landscapers removing tree stumps from outside our window His demeanor and lack of proffesionalism ruined our stay. I would NEVER rent from him again Vrbo customer service did nothing to resolve it

Perfect large family or 2 family home

We had a tournament in Bullhead City. The home feels much larger then the photos shows. It is in the perfect proximity to the sports fields. I would highly recommend this for larger families or two families.

I realize that normally the pool is warm in the summer months. However, in cooler months it seemed obvious the pool would have been heated if you are advertising a pool for a VRBO. A statement saying that is not heated or even a message to renter would have been helpful, not finding out the day you arrive from homeowner it is freezing.

Fantastic property in Bull head

Jason was a great host, responded to texts timely and the property was as listed. The house was clean and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well supplied. Would highly recommend this place to stay and if we go back we will stay here again!!
