Situated on 9 acres, this secluded property offers exploring the land,, wild life sightings, beautiful sunrises/sunsets and star gazing. Perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway, extended stay. We offer 1 night stays Mon-Thursday during off peak season (Fall & Winter) excluding holidays.
Conveniently located 20 minutes from downtown New Braunfels where you can float the Guadalupe or Comal rivers, enjoy a day at Schlitterbahn, the World’s #1 Water Park, dance the night away in the oldest dance hall in Texas, Gruene Hall in historic Gruene. 20 minutes from Canyon Lake, the Horseshoe on the Guadalupe river, and Whitewater Amphitheater. 30 mins from downtown San Antonio, 30 mins from Bourne, 45 mins from Austin, and 60 mins from Fredericksburg.
Scenic HIll Country Views is centrally located to 15+ wedding venues that are as close as 2 miles to 14 miles.

This gorgeous 4 bdrm, 3.5 bath home will comfortably fit 10 people and features a spacious gourmet kitchen with a gas stove, full size refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and all cooking and dining utensils. Complimentary coffee, cream & sugar. A wet bar for entertaining, indoor fireplace, home office (which serves as a 4th bedroom).

Custom home movie theater with HD projector, 8 ft screen, and surround sound speakers. Media Streaming, Hulu, Prime Video, Apple, Disney+, ESPN, Paramount+ offere, along with access to many of the latest movie releases.

1200 sq. ft. patio with plenty of seating, an outdoor bar and barbecue, and outdoor fireplace.

Security Cameras are located at the front gate and along the driveway. There is a Ring Camera doorbell at the front door.

You may bring additional overnight guests for an additional $30/person/night after 10 people. Approval is needed for additional guest.

We are located on the property and will accommodate your wishes whether it be for assistance or privacy.

We do not allow for events.

The surrounding neighborhood is country living. Very quiet and private. You cannot see the neighbors.

Beautiful property! When we arrived, the house was decorated for fall and music was playing inside (so inviting). The media room was a huge hit with kids, and adults enjoyed the spaciousness of the house. So glad that we picked Rhino Ranch for a family gathering!

Amazing location and amenities that far exceeded the description. Honestly while taking a shower I had a surreal moment with just how breathtaking the view was. Yes tge view from the master shower!!!. Nothing but positive things to say. The host went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. With a wedding we were attending the host even hand delivered packages we needed. Will stay here again and again and again!!!

The house was very large, larger than expected. We honestly had more space than we knew what to do with for the number of beds it offered. It was very clean and well kept. There was no Central HVAC, but there were mini AC units in each of the main areas that kept the house cool so the temperature didn't end up being an issue for us. There was no Hot Tub, even though it is listed as an amenity for the property. We would've liked to have one, however we still liked the house itself and would consider staying again in the future. The host was very helpful when we had issues and responded quickly. All in all, we had a positive experience with this rental and I would suggest it.

Absolutely Amazing

The description and pictures of this place don't do it justice! It is a beautifully secluded spot just close enough to everything we needed while still offering the much needed ability to power down at the end of the day. The view of the hill country from the back porch entranced even the teenagers. They spent most of their time relaxing outside when the rain wasn't coming at them sideways. Overall a great trip exceptionally responsive and proactive owners. Mr. Glenn offered to provide more water when the flash flooding kept us from going out for a while. Overall it was a great stay and I'm already considering a second stay for a girl's trip getaway. You will not be disappointed. I highly recommend Rhino Ranch for a Relaxing Retreat.

Impressive

Stayed for week to visit family and attend a wedding. The Vrbo pictures don’t do it justice. It’s far nicer and bigger than I realized. Sat out on the giant patio at night watching thunderstorms and the kids loved the theater room. The master suite tub and shower setup was quite luxurious. Beds were comfy and the house has a mini split In every room. Kept nice and cool at all times. The owners live onsite and we enjoyed their dog Lula the 8 month old chihuahua. She would come visit for pets every day. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic Stay!

We booked this listing for my daughter's wedding for my immediate family and grandparents. The listing photographs do not do the home justice. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. My family throughly enjoyed the large back porch and the media room. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook for a group. The owner's were very easy to work with. Overall this was a fantastic experience and would book again.

What a beautiful property! The large windows all across the back gave us the most beautiful view from any room we were in. The kitchen was very well stocked. Everything was so clean! OUTSTANDING PROPERTY

Rhino Ranch is one of the most stunning, beautiful properties I have stayed at. It is more than equipped, it is a full functioning home. Anything and everything that you may need is at your fingertips and exactly in the location you would have put them yourself if it was your home. The views are beautiful, the home and architecture is magnificent and the price is outstanding for what you receive. I look forward to staying at this property again.

Amazing Hill Country Retreat!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful home in the Texas Hill Country! The property is stunning, with upscale features and gorgeous landscaping that perfectly complement the scenic views. The house was spacious and comfortably accommodated our group, providing plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. One of the highlights was the movie room, where the kids loved watching their favorite films—it was a perfect setup for family entertainment. The home is wonderfully secluded, offering peace and privacy while still being close enough to explore the surrounding area. Overall, this home exceeded our expectations in every way, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.
