We would stay here again.
Breakfast included was full and varied (with a few items I really needed but rarely get elsewhere) - a great start to each of our 5 days/nights there. Nice tree to look at.
Coffee/tea available evenings in lobby, so we avoided using environmentally-less-friendly 'Keurigs' inside room.
SleepyTime tea available evenings in lobby was an extra help against insomnia I only suffered the first night!
City bus stop is very close and brings you straight downtown and to Greyhound (& to other city buses) - we do not drive. Walking distance to University Mall, etc.
Spacious room allowed me to do my exercises (on my mat, and Tai Chi form) freely.
Staff friendly and professional.
Staff forgot to clarify that cleaning is not automatically done after 3rd night (as the sign in room seemed to state), same with supplies restocking.
Microwave worked only the first night, but we were able to use the microwave in the lobby the other nights. Fridge worked.
We luckily got one of the very few 'functioning' whirlpool-baths, which helped our knee/back/leg/feet aches (we're seniors - to be able to roll our suitcase)!
Unrenovated but did not bother us - it was good enough and more homey comfortable. Breakfast & location & service more important than cosmetic needless upgrades.
I used the washer & dryer.
Not so soundproof but luckily we had relatively quiet neighbors.
They seemed to not take messages when a relative tried to phone us.
