Opulent waterfront home with dock, firepit & stunning river view

Enjoy expansive water views from the boat dock at this serene 4BR/3.5BA Hill Country home. Highlights include a sleeping loft, large lake-facing windows, and an open floor plan ideal for entertaining.

A large balcony and patio both offer shaded spots for outdoor socializing. Make use of a gas grill to host a waterfront barbecue.
LIVING AREA

Unwind in the luxe living area, where a sofa and five armchairs surround a smart TV. High ceilings and a wall of windows fill the space with natural light.

KITCHEN & DINING

Whip up delectable meals in the stunning chef's kitchen, complete with a full suite of stainless steel appliances -- including a roomy French-door fridge and double oven.

Sip morning coffee at the breakfast bar for two. When meals are ready, the dining table seats six.

The ground-floor kitchenette includes a full-size fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and sink. A custom-built breakfast bar seats five, and a table has seating for six.

BED & BATH

This three-story house sleeps 17 guests between the four bedrooms and a sleeping loft.

The entry-level primary suite has a king bed, a twin bed with twin trundle, and a smart TV. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower, dual vanity, and separate water closet.

Upstairs, a second suite has a king bed, a smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The ground-floor third bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV, and direct access to the patio. The fourth bedroom has four twin beds, and a fifth twin bed has a trundle. (Please note, there is no door separating these rooms.) The adjacent bathroom has a walk-in shower.

The open sleeping loft has a built-in twin-over-twin bunk bed and a twin bed with trundle.

A convenient half bath is located off the foyer.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Fire up the gas grill and host a cookout for your group. Take in expansive water views from the covered balcony with seating for 12.

The ground-floor patio provides additional seating in the shade. Roast marshmallows around the wood firepit as the stars come out.

Enjoy the water view up close -- the covered boat dock has eight lounge chairs. A boat slip is available on-site and there is a nearby marina to launch a boat.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, a ping-pong table, an ice chest, and a washer/dryer are provided.

Driveway parking is available for four cars. Parking for two additional vehicles is available across the street.

There is no internal connection between the main home and the ground-floor rooms. Access is via an external set of stairs.

THE LOCATION

Head into the town of Burnet (12 miles) to discover local eateries and boutiques. Check out Perissos's Vineyard or Hoover's Valley Cafe -- both within driving distance from your home.

For hiking and sightseeing, visit Inks Lake State Park (4.7 miles) or Longhorn Cavern State Park (5.2 miles).

Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.

Cute & Spacious

14 women and myself stayed in this home for a Bible study retreat. It accommodated everyone for sleep, relaxation space, and water activities. The kayaks and Lilly pad were a nice touch for the lake access. The property manager was friendly and made the process easy. Would stay here again!

Family weekend

The house was big enough for my large family. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. All of the steps were a little difficult for my elderly parents, but we managed to get them down to the water. The only issue we had was getting into the house when we arrived. I had to call a Vicasa agent to get the code for the key box in order to get in. Took longer than we would have liked.

Sad filthy house

Insects everywhere- dead cockroaches in the downstairs that were dry as dust, live cockroaches, mosquitos in the 6 inch long yard, dead flies on the windsills, Spiders and webs throughout- under the dining chairs, in the hall, across doorways, etc. Filthy windows and blinds. Queen mattress topper on the king bed upstairs. Grill is missing drip pan and burner toppers which make it a fire hazard. 5 spoons for 9 people. Kitchen utensils were poor- no knife block, minimal serving spoons, etc. We rented this house several years ago and the house has really deteriorated. I notified vacasa and basically were texted back to say they were sorry and forwarding it to the local manager. Never heard anything more. Our family enjoyed ourselves despite the sad house, but we will never rent a vacasa house again

Great house for a big crowd

This property was great. We had a bunch of teens and they all stayed in the lower portion of the house only accessible from outside and it had TV, games, and a full bath. Access to the boat slip was a nice touch. Beautiful kitchen fully stocked with anything you need. Would definitely rent this house again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 11 for this family time and the property was beautiful. Only 2 bedrooms in the main area are private so adults need to be prepared to share space. The downstairs rooms are perfect for up to 8 teens. Yard was perfect and managers were excellent to provide new tv. immediately where downstairs was not working. Outdoor area needs some TLC to clean cobwebs and furniture was dirty.

Beautiful Home on Lake LBJ

We took our annual family trip to Lake LBJ. This home was perfect for our family. The kids and grandkids fished from the dock. Home is lovely and spacious with all amenities. Wished we could have stayed longer. Thanks for renting your home! 5 stars!

Great Place

The house is beautiful and nice location on the lake. We had a little bit of communication trouble trying to find the nearest boat ramp to bring our own boat - come to find out it is like 20 yards from the house! Very easy access and we loved being able to bring our own boat.
