Our cozy home sits on a quiet road in the beautiful country of Burns, TN. The fenced backyard allows for children and pets to run wild, and the covered back deck is perfect for outdoor relaxation, no matter the weather. Inside, there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms on the main level, and a large bonus room with a pool table and bar upstairs. The house has a fully equipped kitchen and high speed internet. Early morning check-in!

• King bed (sits on a daybed frame for two twin mattresses, but we removed the twins and are using a king)

**Although the upstairs has its own HVAC, the upstairs playroom has a window AC unit installed for the warmer months that helps keep the entire space upstairs cool. We do ask that this unit is not run for more than 12 hours at a time.

**In addition to the master bath, there is a full bathroom with a tub/shower on the main level, as well as a washer and dryer. Bath towels, wash cloths, a hairdryer, shower essentials, bed linens, toilet paper and paper towels are also provided.

**Traveling with small children? We have baby gates available for the stairs! We also have a high chair and a portable booster chair with a tray in the kitchen pantry if needed!
