Had a wonderful time the only problem we had was main bed was very hard to sleep on and the sails are very noisy when the wind blows apart from those two things we throughly enjoy our time there

Very basic fit out of a shed in a great location. Overpriced for what was provided. We were clearly warned about no sheets but there was no towels, soap, shampoo, tea towel, tea/coffee/sugar. The floor of the living area was taped together and splattered with plaster. A note on the fridge says the owner is aware and will fix this in the new year (proof of at least several months not being fixed). The key was not on site, it was also not in the key safe at the real estate and there was no combination to the safe sent out.

Very comfortable and close to the boat ramp. Has a huge yard with heaps of room to park your cars and boat. Looks very basic from the outside, but inside is spacious and modern.

Perfect shed/house

Hami’s was the perfect stay for our family of three. The property was modern and clean and the aircon in the main bedroom and lounge/dining cooled the whole house/shed. We would definitely stay again. Only a short walk to shops and boat ramp and lots of room for kids to run around and ride bikes/scooters on the driveway. The only criticism we had was a dryer would have been helpful as we had several days of rain and could not dry our washing. Even a clothes horse for indoors. The master bedroom also did not have a blind, with a three year old we are up at 5am anyway but I can see how this would be an issue for people wanting to sleep in. Other than that we thought Hami’s was excellent and will be booking again!
