SAW CREEK ESTATES COMMUNITY includes many amazing amenities! Some notable ones are below. Guests above age 5 require an amenity pass to access them. Six amenity passes are provided for free. Please return the passes before checking out. Lost/missing passes will incur a $100 fee per pass. Additional fees for ski lifts and rentals at private ski slope within the community.

6 cars maximum may be parked on driveway. Do not park on lawn or roads (Safety patrol will issue a ticket which will be expensed to the guest). Repairs to damages on lawn will be claimed against deposit. Two cameras installed at exterior front of house, facing the front door and driveway for security and porch deliveries. None anywhere else.

The house was perfect for a relaxing weekend with the family. We loved how two of the bedrooms were set up so a family of five could stay comfortably in them and there were plenty of bathrooms. Close to the waterfall and easy to get to from highway. Would definitely recommend!

Great house!

This house was just as pictured. The downstairs living/game room was great for all our generations. House was clean, great water pressure, beds were very comfortable and kitchen was very well equipped. I liked the sauna! I left stuff in the drawer and the host was very accommodating to send it back to me.

Everything was good but for the amenities such as the tennis court/pool being a bit far. Its a 10 mins drive to the amenities area. Also the refrigerator's cooling needs to be fixed. But Cindy was very responsive. Thank you.

I had an excellent stay here with friends - the fire pit and sauna were great. There was plenty of room and we were very comfortable. Cindy - the property manager - was the best! I unfortunately lost my brand-new Kindle during my stay, and she went above and beyond to find it and mail it back to me ASAP. I can't thank her enough!

Fantastic Amenities! Amazing Service

The home was absolutely fantastic. Lots of luxurious amenities, including the sauna and upgraded shower fixtures. The interior was gorgeous with a great kitchen. The only problems were, there was some dirt left in one of the tubs, and the grill was bit rusty. That Said the property manager was fantastic, she was able to add folks to gate security in a short amount of time. She extremely responsive throughout the entire booking process and really easy to work with. Highly recommend this property.

Family Getaway

The property was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the large dining table, wrap around deck and living space. Each bedroom had two separate beds which suited our needs. The fire pit gathering was our night activity. Communication with the property management was efficient. Saw creek is a rather large resort and the pools and recreation are not walking distance to the house so we needed to drive the kids about 7 minutes each way to the pool ,lake, and fitness center. All in all we had a great time and would come again!!

Just what we needed

We booked this home at the last minute after our other rental in town unexpectedly fell thru. Our hearts dropped again when we pulled up to this house and it was missing patches of paint on the outside walls. But when we stepped inside, we were relieved & pleased to find the interoir house was just as lovely as described. It was clean and cozy. We had fun playing pool and using the fire pit to roast smores. The beds were comfy, bathroom modern, and kitchen well equipped. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Great stay in PA

This property is great for a family weekend. The hosts were helpful and available for any questions. The house is exactly as advertised and very clean. The only things I would suggest would be that you bring your own towels as the towels provided are the small gym towels from a gym. Also, you will need to bring garbage to the front of the community as there is no way to get rid of trash near the property. I informed the owner and believe they will take steps to provide more in house garbages in order to make less trips

Wonderful family gathering in the Poconos

Our stay at Cindy & Paul's home at Saw Creek was truly memorable. The house is beautiful and matches the pictures on VRBO perfectly. The three levels provided ample space for our family of 13. The house was very clean and had some really nice touches - long table in the dining room, updated appliances, large TV's throughout, sauna, propane gas grill, and fire pit in the yard. We took advantage of the facilities at Saw Creek including indoor tennis and swimming pool as well as dining at Top of the World restaurant. Nothing but positive things to say about all of these items. The owners - Cindy & Paul were wonderful to work with and responded to all of my inquiries quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend staying at this home for your next gathering.

AMAZINGG newly renovated spacious home!

This was a great stay for our large group! There were 11 of us and we were very comfortable over the 3 floors. Everything was new modern as it was just renovated. The kitchen had plenty of utensils and bathrooms enough linens. The community was nice, we took advantage of the amenity passes and went swimming in the indoor pool at the top of the world place 5 minutes away that also had a snack bar that sold funnel cake fries! It was delicious! Sauna was great after a nice snowboard day. And must I say there is a tv in the bathroom where the sauna is! so we chilled out in there while finishing up my Stranger Things episodes, lol. Cindy was easy to work with and very responsive. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this property. Will come back in the summer!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND !

Group of my friends and I decided to take a quick weekend snowboarding trip and found this hidden gem. I've been coming to the Pocono mountains for years and this has got to be best one yet by far. The house is well-equipped for a large group. The kitchen was fully stocked with sufficient pots/pans/dishes/spices to cook food for my party of 8. The bedrooms and bathrooms were immaculate when we arrived which was a BIG plus for us. The amenities in the house (games, pool table, SAUNA) kept us busy and entertained for hours. Last but not least, Cindy & Paul were great hosts. From the very beginning to the end, they kept in touch and answered any questions that we had. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be recommending this house to all our friends and family. We will also make sure to be back to enjoy the outdoor deck and other amenities of the community. P.S. -The WiFi is fast and capable to support multiple devices.

Great family getaway

We visited with three families, all with children of varying ages under 8. The property provided ample sleeping arrangements and enough space for all of the littles to run around without feeling overwhelmed. The space was clean and nicely furnished. The Sauna was an added bonus! Only complaint is the added charge for the amenity passes - it would be more helpful to list that information in the property description on VRBO (instead of an asterisk at the end of the 78 amenity list). Great weekend getaway!

We had a great time staying at this property! We utilized all 3 spacious levels, the sauna, and the community ski slopes and had a blast. Cindy was so helpful and prompt to answer all my questions and I would recommend this property to anyone!

Pleased family

My family in I has a lovely stay at this property. It was clean and roomy enough for my group. What I liked mostly it was kid Friendly for the little ones that was 2 and under. There were only two minor things that I had to report upon arrival in that was the broken bed frame in one room in the broken dresser draw in one bedroom. My family in I will definitely rent again from this host she was very helpful in kind and as I said the property was lovely. Enjoyed good times with family.

Perfect Stay

This home is beautiful and very spacious and clean. We were all comfortable and enjoyed our family vacation here so much. We all enjoyed playing pool. The cozy spots to just relax and read. Watching TV was great with plenty of TV's everywhere! Definitely recommend and can't wait to stay here again. Thank you!

Great property

My friends & family had a girls' weekend to celebrate my sister's 40th birthday...16 of us. The property was clean & accomodating. The owner was so very nice & helpful. We had a wonderful time!
