The property has recently benefited from improvements to the terrace and garden to make your stay even more enjoyable (visible via the photo carousel). Clean, convenient access has been provided, and the green areas are being embellished.

Cocoonr offers this charming 155 m² house with mountain views for rent in a quiet cul-de-sac in Bussang. It has 3 levels and can accommodate up to 11 guests. There's also a 700 m² garden. We look forward to welcoming you!

The accommodation comprises

Garden level :
- Bedroom 1: One queen-size bed (160x200) with TV and en-suite shower room with WC
- Bedroom 2: A single double bed (110x200) and a second standard double bed (90x200)
- A room that can be used as an office or games room between the two bedrooms

Ground floor:
- An attractive 36 m² living room with TV, sofas and dining area
- A large fully-equipped kitchen, including Nespresso and filter coffee machines, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, 4 induction hobs, fridge with freezer compartment
- Large shower room with walk-in shower
- Shower room with WC

First floor :
- Bedroom 3: Double bed (140x190) with TV
- Bedroom 4: Passing room with two single beds (80x200) that can be made into a queen-size bed (please specify your choice when booking) and a third single bed (90x190).
- Bedroom 5 : One queen-size bed (160x200) with TV
- Two camping toilets are available

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: 2 baby cots + mattress (no adapted sheets provided), high chair, bath, bath bouncer, baby potty, changing mat, 2 hairdryers, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron, 2 fans, clothes line and 2 camping toilets on the first floor.

Outside:
- A lovely 700m² unfenced garden with barbecue (kindling available), table, chairs and 6 deckchairs.
- A 25m² south-west-facing terrace with awning and a large table for 12 people to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Bussang, in a quiet, very pleasant environment. You'll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as supermarkets, restaurants and bars just a few kilometres away (in Saint-Maurice sur Moselle - Le Tillot).

Activities :
- Family skiing at the Larcenaire ski resort, ideal for beginners and children, just 3 km away, or enjoy all the winter sports at the Rouge Gazon ski resort, around 20 km away.
- French ski school less than 2 km away
- The children's playground and petanque area are just a 5-minute walk from the accommodation.
- Take in a unique show at the Théâtre du Peuple, famous for its stage that opens onto the forest.
- Discover the Source de la Moselle and the Source Marie, renowned for its naturally sparkling water.
- Experience the thrills of the Rando Ferrata, an accessible and panoramic via ferrata just a few minutes away.
- Explore the natural site of Drumont at an altitude of 1,200 m, offering superb panoramic views of the Vosges ridges.


Parking :
You can park directly on the property. Parking for 3 cars in front of the house, 1 additional space at the entrance. Free parking is also available near the town hall, 200m away.

Electric recharging point: available 200 m from the property, in the town hall car park.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Remiremont + bus service (line 8) to Bussang
- Nearest airports: Épinal-Mericourt, Basel-Mulhouse

Other remarks :
- Free WiFi available (fibre optics).

-Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made through our local partner).
The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner:
- Sheet and pillowcase hire at €12 per person
- Hire of 2 towels + a glove: €3 per person.
Pillows are square 60 X 60 or rectangular 50 X 70, choice to be specified before arrival (to provide pillowcases).

- Pets accepted free of charge. Maximum two small pets. Please specify when booking. Pets must not be allowed on the beds, sofas or plaids.
- Kindling for the barbecue is available. Please replace it at the end of your stay if used.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrivals or departures outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of Cassandre and Alexis, who are in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
