Midweek special for March and April 2025.
Stay any 3 nights Monday to Thursday night and pay for 2. (Please send a booking enquiry for 2 nights and we will then add the extra night on at no charge).
Great house in a quiet street.
Walk to the shops or the beach (including the dog beach) in a matter of minutes. There is no need to take the car when you go out for dinner.

Huge secure back yard, plenty of space to kick a ball or just chill out.
Linen is not included in our rates.
Doonas and pillows (and covers) are provided. you can either bring your own sheets towels and pillowcases or book via our cleaners at $20 per bed.

Large 4 bedroomed house with WIFI and fetch TV which is ideal for both for families, or for couples wanting a romantic weekend away.

The house is located in a quiet street literally 1 minute away from the town centre of Dunsborough. 1 minutes walk to the Bungalow and Blue Manna and 5 mins walk to the beach.

You can walk into town in the morning and either have a full cooked breakfast at one of the cafés, or alternatively, grab some fresh bread and coffee from the bakery and sit under the peppermint trees and watch the birds in the huge back garden.

The house has a huge master bedroom upstairs with a walk in robe and en suite and a sofa and TV.

It is an ideal getaway any time of the year, having either split system air conditioning or ceiling fans in all of the bedrooms, and a split system air con in the main living area and master bedroom.

There is no need to take your car out if you want to go to dinner, all the town centre restaurants are less than 5 minutes away.

There are bedrooms and a toilet and bathroom on the ground floor so the house is also ideal for elderly guests who don't wish to use the stairs.

Such a fantastic location

This is our 3rd stay at this property. Our 2 dogs loved the huge,safe backyard & we loved the location. Lorraine is so lovely to deal with. Hopefully we get to stay again

We really enjoyed our stay, the garden was perfect for Rod the dog, beds were very comfy and the kitchen one of the best equipped I have ever encountered at a holiday house. Terrific location, a stones throw from town. Will stay again!

Great location let down by poor amenity

Great location but let down by the details - no soap in any of the bathrooms. No batteries in one of the remotes. No remote for fan in second bedroom. All solvable but frustrating and leaving a poor impression.

Great place to stay

Really well located in Dunsborough close to beach and intown. House is perfect for dogs. Good size rooms and plenty of space. Lorraine made check-in easy and even got a late checkout which was awesome. Would definitely stay again.

Happy Easter in Dunsborough

Lorraine's property was perfect for our family of 7 adults and 3 tiny dogs. The outside entertainment area is a lovely quiet space which our dogs loved. The new bathroom is lovely and the kitchen is well equipped with excellent cookware. The house is in a great location being close to the town centre and the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our Easter break in Dunsborough.

Great location, great value

We had a lovely time with our group of 6 and 2 small dogs. There’s enough rooms for 2 couples and 2 singles. The house is convenient, comfortable enough and a good price compared to other places. It looks better in real life than on the photos I think. The best thing is the location, a stone’s throw away from the town -walk to the pub at night :) - and just a short nice walk to the beach. We really enjoyed not having to drive all the time!

Wonderful Getaway Thank You!!

What a lovely, relaxing stay. We’ve stayed twice in the last 5 years. We love the parents retreat and bedroom next door for our six year old son. A big leafy backyard and secluded feel but right in town and close to everything including a huge nature playground that got a workout !! Lovely, caring host. Thank you Xx

Disappointing!

The location of the house is perfect but that is as far as it goes. As soon as we opened the doors to the house the smell of cigarette smoke was completely overpowering. We were meant to be staying there with my 3 young children and they began coughing instantly and the adults got headaches and were coughing too. The house itself was not cleaned properly, with dead flies and spiderwebs everywhere. I immediately msged the owner to let her know that we could not stay there. Disappointingly she will not return my emails so I can not get any compensation. I wasn’t asking for much just a nice place to stay with my family and friends, if this had happened at one of my houses I would have been polite enough to respond and provide a refund. I realise that she may have been unaware of the cigarette smoke and it may have been the people before us but not responding is no way to run a nice place for people to stay and she should be very disappointed with herself. I would not recommend to stay here at all.

Great property all around!

Property was very tidy and suited us perfectly for our stay in Dunsborough. Quiet street but so close to town and the beach couldn’t have asked for more! We also brought our little dog and she loved the backyard. Very homey place, would definitely recommend :)

Great value home. Top Location

The house is a 5 min walk from the beach and a 1 minute walk into town. Plenty of space for the family. Big grassy back yards for the kids to kick a ball and secure for the dog. Highly recommended.
