The main house opens with inviting living zones designed for comfort and connection. The primary living area offers relaxed seating and a large TV for easy evenings, while generous windows bring in natural light and leafy outlooks. Additional living areas provide space for conversation, reading, or quiet downtime. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and thoughtful touches, including an espresso machine, while a large dining table nearby sets the scene for long, relaxed meals.

Outside, the shaded pergola invites alfresco meals around the outdoor dining table, with the BBQ ready for relaxed cooking. The landscaped backyard stretches into native bushland, while the fire pit draws everyone together for stories beneath star-filled skies. Upstairs, the wide deck looks out across the treetops—perfect for morning coffee or unwinding at sunset.

Bedrooms in the main house offer peaceful retreats after a day exploring the coast. The primary bedroom includes a queen bed and a private ensuite, while the remaining bedrooms include a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, and a twin room with two king single beds. Bathrooms are bright and well-appointed, with double vanities and a bathtub for relaxing soaks. A dedicated workspace with reliable Wi-Fi supports remote work, while a laundry area with a washer and dryer adds convenience for longer stays.

Set nearby, the separate chalet offers a private retreat within the property. A cosy living area provides space to unwind, alongside a second kitchen and dining area for independent living. The chalet includes two bedrooms, each with a king bed and its own ensuite, while a split system air conditioner ensures comfort year-round.

Driveway parking is available for up to six vehicles.

Just a short drive away, the turquoise waters of Injidup Natural Spa form a natural ocean pool where waves spill into a protected rock basin—perfect for a refreshing dip and dramatic coastal views.

Nearby Injidup Beach and Yallingup Beach are known for surf breaks, coastal walks, and spectacular sunsets. Explore the striking rock formations at Canal Rocks, venture underground at Ngilgi Cave, or wander the coastal trails of Leeuwin-Naturaliste National Park.

This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
