The Space:

Step into a bright waterfront retreat set directly on the tranquil canals of Port Geographe. Unwind in the expansive open-plan living area, where soft sofas and a smart TV set the scene for slow mornings or laid-back evenings. Curl up in the second lounge, complete with a second TV, plush seating and a ceiling fan—perfect for movie nights.



Cook up a feast in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with sleek benchtops, modern appliances, a coffee maker, Nespresso pods, and a generous island bench. Share meals at the large indoor dining table or move outdoors to the enclosed alfresco area, where you’ll find a BBQ grill, lounge seating, and sweeping 180-degree canal views.



As night falls, retreat to one of four peaceful bedrooms designed with comfort and privacy in mind. Wake to waterfront serenity in the primary suite, featuring a king bed, direct patio access, and peaceful canal views. Two additional bedrooms each offer a queen bed and calming light-filled spaces, while a fourth bedroom includes another king bed and dual-aspect windows. Freshen up in two stylish bathrooms—one with a walk-in rain shower and dual vanity, the other with a deep soaking tub and separate shower. Keep your wardrobe fresh with a private washer and dryer.



Catch up on work or plan the next day’s adventures at the quiet study nook, complete with a desk and swivel chair. Experience year-round comfort with ducted air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout. The home is not fully fenced. Children’s toys are available to keep your kids entertained.



While the garage is not available for use, you are welcome to park right out front along with your boat or jet ski.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves, except for the garage, which is not available for use. Please make yourselves at home!



The Neighborhood:

Located in tranquil Port Geographe, this peaceful setting is just minutes from Busselton’s top attractions. Under a ten-minute drive, you’ll find endless dining options—enjoy iconic fish and chips at The Goose, a steak sandwich and local brews at Rocky Ridge, refined French fare at Bistro Breton, or casual seaside bites at Shelter Brewing Co. Locals also love the pancakes at The Good Egg, wraps at Mano, and smooth coffee at POPPY & PIP, all within eight minutes.



The Busselton Museum is six minutes away, while the famous Busselton Jetty and its Underwater Observatory are a nine-minute drive, perfect for sunsets or a glimpse into life beneath the ocean. Parking: There is a spacious parking spot available in the driveway. The garage is not available for guest use.



Airport: 15 minutes by car from Busselton Margaret River Airport.



Public Transport: There are no public transport options nearby.
