The Space:

Tucked beside the main residence while offering a private setting, this charming studio is designed for couples seeking a peaceful escape. Light-filled interiors, calming neutral tones, and large windows create a warm atmosphere while framing the surrounding bushland.



The spacious living area is a comfortable place to unwind after a day exploring the region. The adjoining kitchen is compact yet well-equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, cookware, crockery, cutlery, and wine glasses, making it easy to prepare meals, and a dining table provides a welcoming spot for breakfast or a relaxed dinner together. Sliding doors open to a private patio where you can enjoy your morning coffee, dine outdoors, or simply take in the peaceful bush setting and native birdlife.



The bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed for a restful night's sleep, while the bathroom is fresh and functional. A separate laundry with a washing machine and dryer adds convenience for longer stays. With single-level access and a location close to Yallingup's beaches, cafés, galleries, and wineries, Wren Studio is an ideal base for both relaxation and exploration.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you and your group will have complete privacy in the entire retreat; it is part of a main residence but is fully separate. Please make yourselves at home!



The Neighborhood:

Nestled in the peaceful surrounds of Yallingup, this retreat places you within easy reach of some of the Margaret River region's best experiences. Enjoy breakfast at Petra Olive Café, browse local artwork at the nearby galleries, or visit Yallingup Wood Fired Bread for fresh artisan loaves. Yallingup Beach and Smiths Beach are both just a short drive away, offering world-class surf, swimming, and coastal walks, while Dunsborough's cafés, restaurants, boutiques, and supermarkets are around ten minutes away. The area is also home to renowned wineries, walking trails, caves, and scenic lookouts, making it an ideal base for exploring the region.

Parking: You can park one car in front of this property.

Airport: 40 minutes by car.

Please read and respect the house rules. This is very much appreciated, thank you! Before your arrival, we will also share a house guide that contains instructions on how to access the property, use certain appliances, and anything else you may need to know.



Quiet Hours & Noise Complaints:

Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00pm in line with local regulations.

We kindly ask all guests to respect the property and surrounding neighbours during their stay. Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in the forfeit of your bond and/or possible immediate eviction from the property.



School Leavers:

We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.



Rental Agreement

As part of our standard process, all guests are required to complete a rental agreement prior to arrival. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.



Pet Policy

This property welcomes pets for a fee of $95 per pet, with a limit of two. Please obtain prior approval for your pets. Please keep pets off furniture and out of bedrooms, supervise them at all times, and keep them at acceptable noise levels. Kindly clean up after your pets, as any additional mess may incur a cleaning fee.
