This two-storey coastal home blends light-filled interiors with calming ocean outlooks, where soft neutral styling and an airy layout create a relaxed, welcoming ambience. Upstairs, the main living area invites you to relax on the generous lounge, stream a movie or gather by the wood fireplace as evening falls. Downstairs, a second living room provides a quiet retreat, while the adjoining games room with a ping pong table adds a playful touch for all ages.

The kitchen centres around an island bench that encourages conversation as meals are prepared, equipped with an oven, cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, espresso machine and all the essentials for easy holiday cooking. The dining table sits beside wide windows, allowing ocean glimpses to accompany every meal.

Step onto the balcony for morning coffee or sunset drinks, where sweeping ocean views stretch beyond the treetops. Alfresco dining and the gas BBQ are positioned here to make the most of the coastal backdrop. Below, the covered deck offers sun loungers for relaxed afternoons, while the outdoor shower and fenced backyard make post-beach refreshes and open-air downtime feel effortless.

The bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged across both levels. Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a king bed, ocean vistas and its own TV, with a walk-in robe leading to an ensuite with a walk-in shower and a generous vanity. Downstairs, three additional bedrooms offer flexible arrangements, including a king bed, a queen bed and two single beds. The main bathroom includes a spa bath, separate shower and separate toilet for added convenience.

A full laundry with a washer, dryer, sink, iron and storage makes extended stays simple. Year-round comfort is ensured with split-system air conditioning in the primary bedroom and upstairs living area. Driveway parking plus a garage provide space for two vehicles.

Positioned in the heart of Yallingup, you’re just minutes from Yallingup Beach, ideal for swimming, surfing and coastal walks along the Cape to Cape Track. Explore the Ngilgi Cave Ancient Lands Experience nearby, or spend the afternoon at Smiths Beach and Injidup Natural Spa, both an easy drive away and known for their crystal-clear water and dramatic coastal scenery.

For dining, enjoy relaxed meals and sunset drinks at Caves House Hotel, grab coffee or casual bites from Yallingup General Store, or savour modern Australian dishes at Lamont’s Smiths Beach. Dunsborough is around an 11-minute drive for cafés, restaurants and boutiques, while the Margaret River wine region offers cellar doors and vineyard dining within easy reach.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10 pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
