Sunny balcony, close to the beach, pure relaxation, 1 bedroom, 1 living room, many extras.
The apartment was completely gutted in 2014 and everything was redone. The apartment has been rented since June 2014.

Do you need relaxation, tranquility, the beach within walking distance? Or are you looking for water sports challenges, want to stroll, stroll through the Büsumer pedestrian zones or the largest fishing port on the west coast and snack on a fish sandwich? Do you want to learn kiting or surfing in a surf / kite school directly behind the dike in a protected area? Is a lovingly and fully furnished holiday home important to you? Then you have come to the right place in the 'Ferienwohnung zur Perlebucht III'. The apartment is on the ground floor of a condominium house on a very quiet residential street with no through traffic. The apartment has just been completely renovated with a new kitchen and bathroom and was designed in a modern, maritime style. The bedroom is furnished with a new double bed and wardrobe, which offers plenty of storage space for suitcases and clothes. Die Unterkunft warsauber. An Ausstattung hat nichts gefehlt. An Anreisetag hatten wir zu Begrüßung Flasche Hugo und eine Flasche Wasser auf dem Tisch gefunden. Anbieter sehr kontaktfreudig und antwortet sehr schnell. Kann diese Unterkunft weiter empfehlen. Kommen bestimmt nach Büsum wieder

Wir haben die Wohnung für 9 Tage Sommerurlaub gemietet und haben den Urlaub rundum genossen. Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr,sehr wohl gefühlt. Für Urlauber mit Hund sehr angenehm,da die Ferienwohnung direkt 2Gehminuten vom Hundestrand entfernt liegt.Auch die Möglichkeit andere Spaziergänge zu unternehmen ,über Wiesen und Felder, ist direkt gegeben. Jederzeit sofort wieder!!!

Die bisher schönste Unterkunft, die wir in Büsum gebucht haben. Etwas kleiner als gewohnt, aber sehr sauber und vollkommen ausreichend für zwei Erwachsene und ein Kind. Die Fußbodenheizung im Badezimmer ist sehr angenehm. Sollte es nächstes Jahr passen, werden wir diese Wohnung mit Sicherheit erneut buchen. ☺️

tolle wohnung in ruhiger lage, direkt hinter dem deich.

die wohnung befindet sich im ruhigen wohngebiet des erlengrunds, gleich hinter der lagune. zu fuß ist die fußgängerzone in 25 minuten zu erreichen, mit dem rad gehts hinter dem deich natürlich schneller. dass man den hauptort nicht direkt "vor der nase" hat, man aber schnell dort ist, war für uns die perfekte ausgangslage. bei abendlichen spaziergängen richtung westerdeichstrich ist man so gut wie alleine - mal abgesehen von schafen und möwen :-) wir wurden sehr herzlich von herrn mallon empfangen und erhielten wertvolle tipps für einen guten und günstigen fahrradverleih, den wir direkt am ersten tag in anspruch genommen haben, für fischimbiss und kuchen. wir konnten uns jederzeit an herrn mallon wenden, wenn wir noch infos brauchten. perfekt! die wohnung ist modern und gut ausgestattet. kochen war sehr gut möglich, geschlafen haben wir im bequemem doppelbett tief und fest. wir können wohnung, gastgeber und lage uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!
