Relax with your whole family in this peaceful accommodation. The detached house is located away from the main road and offers complete tranquility as well as a fully fenced, lockable garden. It is ideal for families with children of all ages or for a relaxing getaway for two, far from the hustle and bustle.



The house is fully equipped and the bedrooms have blackout options and insect screens. It is perfect for four adults and one small child. An additional bed for another person can be arranged upon request and for an extra fee.



A special deposit is required for workers.



There are a total of five rooms, including a spacious hallway, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub and shower, and a separate guest WC. There are three bedrooms: one on the ground floor (with a loft bed and a single bed) and two more upstairs. The main bedroom upstairs has a double bed (160x200 cm) and a baby bed (70x120 cm). The other upstairs bedroom has a single bed (90x200 cm) and a pull-out sofa bed.



A terrace with seating and a very large living room with TV are available. The separate dining room with high chair is also on the ground floor and is suitable as a home office area. Outside, you will find a lockable bike shed (including barbecue and handcart) as well as several parking spaces for cars and possibly trailers.



You may use the entire house, except for the boiler room, garage, and attic.
